Claims (6)
- POSTOPEK POVEZOVANJA CENTRIRNEGA ČEPA Z REŠETKO JEDRA Patentni zahtevki1. Postopek za povezovanja centrirajočega čepa (10) z rešetko (3) jedra reaktorske tlačne posode (1) tlačnega vodnega reaktorja, pri katerem se centrirani čep (10) fiksira v sprejemni izvrtini (16) plošče (4), ki je nameščena na rešetki (3) jedra, z naslednjim koraki: (a) zagotovi se centrimi čep (10) s prvim aksialnim odsekom (13) in drugi aksialni odsek (14), pri čemer -prvi aksialni odsek (13) služi za centriranje gorilnih elementov (2), - drugi aksialni odsek (14) na svojem prostem koncu (17) prehaja v radialno navzven preoblikovan fiksimi odsek (18), - je dolžina drugega aksialnega odseka (14) večja od debeline plošče (4), (b) centrimi čep (10) se s svojim dmgim aksialnim odsekom (14) tako namesti v sprejemno izvrtino (16), da se prvi aksialni odsek (13) razširja navpično iz vodoravno potekajoče in k središču reaktorske tlačne posode (1) obrnjene notranje strani (11) plošče (4), in fiksimi odsek (18) s štrlino (19) štrli iz zunanje strani (20) plošče (4), ki je obrnjena proč od notranje strani (11). c) približevanje razširjajočega orodja od zunanje strani (20) plošče (4) na štrlino (19) in ta se s pomočjo razširjajočega orodja tako razširiti, da zaskoči od zadaj v zunanjo stran (20) plošče (4) zaradi tvorjenja oblikosklepnosti v osni smeri (23), proti središču reaktorske tlačne posode (1), (d) držanje centrimega čepa (10) z nasprotnim držalom (39) v sprejemni izvrtini (16) med širitvijo štrline (19) fiksimega odseka (18).
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, značilen po tem, da se uporablja centrimi čep (10), katerega fiksimi odsek (18) je zasnovan kot votli valj (21).
- 3. Postopek po zahtevku 2, značilen po tem, da stena (22) obdaja vstavljalno odprtino (32), v katero se vstavi razšiijajoče orodje za radialno razširitev štrline (19).
- 4. Postopek po zahtevku 3, značilen po tem, da se v vstavljalno odprtino (29) kot razšiijajoče orodje stisne stožec (29).
- 5. Postopek po zahtevku 2, značilen po tem, da se štrlina (19) razširi s pomočjo razširljivega orodja na vsaj eni obodni poziciji.
- 6. Postopek po zahtevku 5, značilen po tem, da se štrlina (19) s pomočjo razširljivega orodja stransko stisne skupaj.
