Claims (20)
- Izboljšan postopek pretvorbe surovine, ki vsebuje biomaso za proizvodnjo ogljikovodikov, s pomočjo sinteze Fischer - Tropsch Patentni zahtevki . Integriran postopek za proizvodnjo tekočih ogljikovodikov iz surovine, ki vsebuje vsaj eno frakcijo biomase in neobvezno vsaj eno frakcijo druge surovine, kjer omenjeni postopek obsega naslednje korake: a) korak pred obdelave frakcije biomase in neobvezno druge frakcije ali drugih frakcij, ki obsega vsaj enega izmed postopkov al), a2), a4): al) sušenje a2) praženje a3) mletje b) neobvezen korak združevanje pred obdelane frakcije biomase in druge frakcije ali drugih frakcij surovine, ki so lahko bili pred obdelani ali ne, c) korak uplinjevanja odpadne vode dobljene v koraku b) in/ali pred obdelane frakcije dobljene v koraku a) in neobvezno vsaj ene frakcije drugega materiala dovedenega neposredno v korak uplinjevanja v pretočni reaktor, d) korak kondicioniranja sinteznega plina dobljenega v koraku c), ki obsega: - korak d) za čiščenje z vodo in za frakcioniranje omenjenega sinteznega plina v vsaj dve odpadni vodi: prvi del in komplementarni del, - korak d2) za odstranjevanje halogeniranih spojin z prehodom omenjenega prvega dela skozi vsaj eno primemo varovalno posteljo, korak d3) pretvorbe voda - plin, izveden na odpadni vodi dobljeni iz koraka d2), - korak d) za katalitsko hidrolizo spojin COS in HCN, ki se nahajajo v omenjenem komplementarnem delu odpadne vode dobljene iz koraka dl)vH2S in NH3, e) korak rekombinacije vsaj ene frakcije vsake odpadne vode dobljene iz korakov d3) in d4), f) korak za čiščenje rekombinirane odpadne vode dobljene iz koraka e) z vodo, da odstranimo nečistoče kot sta NH3 in HC1, g) korak odstranjevanja kislih plinov C02 in H2S, ki se nahajajo v odpadni vodi iz koraka f) z enim ali več kemijskimi ali fizičnimi topili, uporabljenih posamezno ali v obliki mešanice, h) korak za končno čiščenje preko vsaj ene varovalne postelje, da adsorbiramo sledi nečistoč, ki so ostale v sinteznem plinu dobljenem iz koraka g), kot so H2S, COS, HCN in NH3, i) reakcijski korak katalitske sinteze Fischer-Tropsch izveden na odpadni vodi dobljeni iz koraka h).
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1 v katerem korak pred obdelave obsega postopek granulacije a3) izvedene po postopku praženja a2) in pred postopkom mletja a4).
- 3. Postopek po zahtevku 1, v katerem, korak pred obdelave obsega postopek granulacije a3) izvedene po postopku praženja a2).
- 4. Postopek po kateremkoli predhodnem zahtevku, v katerem, odpadno vodo dobljeni iz koraka e) najprej izpostavimo koraku k) za odstranitev težkih kovin, preko vsaj ene primerne varovalne postelje.
- 5. Postopek po kateremkoli predhodnem zahtevku, v katerem, je vsaj ena frakcija odpadne vode dobljena iz koraka d3) pretvorbe voda - plin, z omenjenim komplementarnim delom, poslana v korak d4) katalitske hidrolize kot mešanica.
- 6. Postopek po kateremkoli predhodnem zahtevku, v katerem surovina vsebuje vsaj eno frakcijo ogljikovodikov surovine.
- 7. Postopek po zahtevku 6, v katerem sta frakcija biomase in frakcija ogljikovodikov surovine osušeni (al), praženi (a2), neobvezno granulirani (a3) in zmleti (a4) ločeno ali skupaj (b) po mletju (a4).
- 8. Postopek po zahtevku 6, v katerem sta frakcija biomase in frakcija ogljikovodikov surovine osušeni (al) ločeno ali skupaj (b), pred praženjem (a2).
- 9. Postopek po zahtevku 6, v katerem sta frakcija biomase in frakcija surovine ogljikovodikov osušeni (al), praženi (a2) ločeno (b) in združeni pred mletjem (a4).
- 10. Postopek po kateremkoli predhodnem zahtevku, v katerem koraku i) sinteze Fischer-Tropsch sledi korak j) za hidro obdelavo in/ali izomerizacijo ogljikovodikov dobljenih iz koraka i).
- 11. Postopek po kateremkoli predhodnem zahtevku, v katerem je korak sušenja al) izveden pri temperaturi v obsegu od 20°C do 180°C v času od 5 do 180 minut.
- 12. Postopek po kateremkoli predhodnem zahtevku, v katerem je korak praženja a2) izveden pri temperaturi v obsegu od 220°C do 350°C v času od 5 do 180 minut pri absolutnem delovnem tlaku v obsegu od 10 do 1500 kPa.
- 13. Postopek po kateremkoli predhodnem zahtevku, v katerem je korak uplinjevanje c) izveden pri temperaturi v obsegu od 800°C do 1800°C in pri absolutnem delovnem tlaku v obsegu od 2000 do 12000 kPa.
- 14. Postopek po kateremkoli predhodnem zahtevku, v katerem je korak d2) izveden preko vsaj ene varovalne postelje v prisotnosti mase, ki vsebuje aktivno fazo tipa zeolit in/ali cinkov oksid in bazični oksid.
- 15. Postopek po kateremkoli predhodnem zahtevku, v katerem je korak d3) izveden v prisotnosti katalizatorja, ki vsebuje žveplan kobalt in/ali žveplan molibden, ob vstopni temperaturi blizu temperaturi sinteznega plina dobljenega iz čiščenja z vodo in frakcioniranjem, korak dl).
- 16. Postopek po kateremkoli predhodnem zahtevku, v katerem je korak d4) izveden pri temperaturi v obsegu od 100°C do 400°C v prisotnosti katalizatorja, ki vsebuje spojino na osnovi platine ali oksid ali element izbran iz skupine, ki vsebuje titan, cirkonij, aluminij, krom, cink ali njihovo mešanico.
- 17. Postopek po kateremkoli predhodnem zahtevku, v katerem je korak h) izveden preko vsaj ene varovalne postelje na osnovi cinkovega oksida, Cu/ZnO in aktivnega oglja.
- 18. Postopek po kateremkoli predhodnem zahtevku, v katerem je korak i) sinteza Fischer-Tropsch, izveden pri temperaturi v obsegu od 170°C do 280°C in absolutnem tlaku od 1000 do 6000 kPa, v prisotnosti katalizatorja, ki vsebuje kobalt ali železo.
- 19. Obrat za izvedbo postopka po kateremkoli zahtevku od 1 do 18, ki vsebuje: - vsaj eno enoto (a) za pred obdelavo surovine, ki vsebuje sušilno enoto, enoto za praženje, neobvezno enoto za granulacijo in enoto za mletje; neobvezno, enoto za združevanje, ki vsebuje vod (b) za združevanje odpadnih voda dobljenih iz različnih enot za pred obdelavo; - enoto (c) za uplinjevanja pred obdelanih odpadnih voda, ki vsebuje vsaj en pretočni reaktor; - enoto za kondicioniranja sinteznega plina, ki vsebuje: o enoto za čiščenje z vodo in za frakcioniranje toka plina, da razdelimo tok sinteznega plina v vsaj dve odpadni vodi; o vsaj eno varovalno posteljo za odstranitev halogeniranih spojin na enem izmed dveh odpadnih voda, ki se nahajata gorvodno od enote za pretvorbo voda - plin; o enoto za katalitsko hidrolizo; o enoto (e) za rekombinacijo odpadni voda dobljenih iz enote za pretvorbo voda - plin in enote za katalitsko hidrolizo; o enoto za čiščenje odpadne dobljene iz enote za kondicioniranje sinteznega plina z vodo; o enoto za odstranjevanje kislih plinov, ki jih vsebuje očiščena odpadna voda; o enoto za končno čiščenje očiščene in razkisane odpadne vode, ki vsebuje vsaj eno varovalno posteljo; o reakcijsko enoto za katalitsko sintezo Fischer-Tropsch.
- 20. Obrat po zahtevku 19, ki nadalje vsebuje vsaj eno enoto za hidro obdelavo in/ali izomerizacijo deležev hidroogljikov dobljenih iz reakcijske enote za katalitsko sintezo Fischer-Tropsch.
