Abstract
Izum se nanaša na vitel za vleko strgalnega elementa (skreperja) za uporabo v rudniku. Tehnični problem je, kako zagotoviti vitel, ki bo enostavne konstrukcije z enim samim pogonom, majhnih dimenzij, bo energetsko učinkovit ter preprost za krmiljenje.
