POSTOPEK ZA IZDELAVO GRADBENE PLOŠČE Z RECIKLIRANJEMPROCEDURE FOR MANUFACTURING BUILDING PANELS WITH RECYCLING

OSTANKOV STIROPORAREMAINS OF STYROPORE

Predloženi izum se nanaša na nov postopek, s katerim recikliramo neuporabne odpadne ostanke stiropora. Neuporabni ostanki stiropora nastajajo v gradbeni dejavnosti ali drugi podobni dejavnosti. Z njim dobimo nov gradbeni izdelek, primeren za namestitev v industrijske objekte, bivalne zgradbe ali objekte, ki zahtevajo toplotno izolativnost. Gre za področje kemijske tehnologije in sicer za ostanke stiropora, ki nastanejo kot gradbeni ostanki oziroma odpadki..The present invention relates to a new process by which useless Styrofoam waste is recycled. Unusable Styrofoam residues are generated in construction or other similar activities. With it, we get a new building product, suitable for installation in industrial buildings, residential buildings or buildings that require thermal insulation. It is a field of chemical technology, namely Styrofoam residues, which are created as construction residues or waste.

Do sedaj znane rešitve pridobivanja izolacijskih materialov, ne glede na surovinsko osnovo, še niso podale tovrstne rešitve, kot je predlagana. Tehnični problem izuma je v tem, kako z enovitim tehničnim postopkom zavarovati okolje, varstveni problem nastajanja količin ostankov stiropora, ki nastaja kot gradbeni odpadek pretežno v gradbeni dejavnosti. Doslej se je zbiral v pločevinastih sodih ali vrečah v skladu s Pravilnikom o ravnanju z odpadki (Uradni list RS, št. 13/03, 41/04, 34/08) in Pravilnikom o dopolnitvah pravilnika o ravnanju z odpadki, ki nastanejo pri gradbenih delih (Uradni list RS, št. 50/04, 62/04, 34/08).Until now, the known solutions for obtaining insulating materials, regardless of the raw material base, have not yet provided this type of solution, as proposed. The technical problem of the invention is how to protect the environment with a uniform technical process, the protective problem of the generation of Styrofoam residues, which is generated as construction waste mainly in the construction industry. So far, it has been collected in tin barrels or bags in accordance with the Rules on Waste Management (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 13/03, 41/04, 34/08) and the Rules on Amendments to the Rules on the Management of Waste Generated in Construction parts (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 50/04, 62/04, 34/08).

V iskanju rešitve sva prišla do enkratne rešitve, iznašla sva postopek za pridobivanje novega gradbenega izdelka iz ostankov navedenih materialov, ki imajo uporabnost v obliki plošč, sten primernih za polaganje kot toplotna izolacija. Na ta način je nov gradbeni izdelek, izdelan po predloženem postopku, dobil vsestransko uporabnost v gradbeni industriji kot trdi material.In the search for a solution, we came up with a unique solution, we invented a process for obtaining a new construction product from the remains of the mentioned materials, which have utility in the form of panels, walls suitable for laying as thermal insulation. Hkrati nam postopek omogoča na več načinov uničiti ostanke stiropora. V največji meri se tovrstni ostanki odlagajo na deponijah pooblaščenih organizacij, kjer zavzemajo veliko prostora.At the same time, the process allows us to destroy Styrofoam residues in several ways. V našem primeru sva proučila možnosti predelave stiropora in izolimih materialov. Ostanki stiropora pri gradnji objektov nastajajo v različnih fazah gradnje objekta, kot klasični gradbeni odpadek, s katerim je potrebno ravnati skladno s Pravilnikom za ravnanje z odpadki, ki nastanejo pri gradbenih delih. Na enak način se ravna z izolirnimi materiali in stiropor jem. Odpadek ostankov stiropora nastaja kot odpadek pri toplotnih izolacijah na objektih, kjer seje potrebno prilagajati posameznim dimenzijam objekta.In our case, we studied the possibilities of processing Styrofoam and insulating materials. Remnants of styrofoam during the construction of buildings are created in various phases of the construction of the building, as classic construction waste, which must be handled in accordance with the Rules for handling waste generated during construction work. Insulating materials and Styrofoam are treated in the same way. Styrofoam waste is produced as waste during thermal insulation of buildings, where it is necessary to adapt the seams to the individual dimensions of the building.

Pri snovanju rešitve postopka za recikliranje odpadkov, ostankov stiropora izhajava iz znanih tehničnih rešitev posameznih naprav, ki se uporabljajo v kemijski tehnologiji za razne tehnološke postopke kot so: mletje, trganje, stiskanje, rezanje, drobljenje, mešanje, sortiranje, lepljenje, sušenje, dodajanje aditivov ter izkušenj proizvajalcev izolacijskih materialov, stiropora in gradbenih podjetij in tudi na podobnih področjih predelave ostankov kot so plastika, papir, izkušnje v reciklaži avtomobilskih ostankov. S tem namenom, po predhodnih raziskavah in izumu, sva ugotovila, da je smiselnost izuma v zagotavljanju drugačnega postopka za recikliranje ostankov stiropora z uporabo že znanih naprav ter jih postaviti v pravilno zaporedje najinega postopka, ki bo dal na koncu želeni rezultat, kar se kaže po zahtevi za podelitev patenta. Bistvena je ugotovitev, da sva prišla do novega gradbenega izdelka, ki kakovostno zadovoljuje predpisane standarde ter omogoča vsestranskost uporabe ter hkrati rešuje okoljsko problematiko. S predloženim izumom se rešuje stroškovna in okoljska obremenitev v gradbeni in drugih podobnih dejavnostih ter omogoča pooblaščenim organizacijam, kjer se na enem mestu odlagajo tovrstni odpadki dopolnilno dejavnost predelave.When devising a solution for the process for recycling waste, styrofoam remains, we start from known technical solutions of individual devices used in chemical technology for various technological processes such as: grinding, tearing, pressing, cutting, crushing, mixing, sorting, gluing, drying, adding additives and the experience of producers of insulation materials, styrofoam and construction companies and also in similar areas of waste processing such as plastic, paper, experience in the recycling of car scraps. With this aim, after preliminary research and invention, we found that the purpose of the invention is to provide a different process for recycling styrofoam scraps using already known devices and to place them in the correct sequence of our process, which will eventually give the desired result, which is evident after the application for the grant of a patent. It is essential to conclude that we have come up with a new construction product that meets the prescribed standards in terms of quality and enables versatility of use and at the same time solves environmental problems. The presented invention solves the cost and environmental burden in construction and other similar activities and enables authorized organizations, where this type of waste is disposed of in one place, to carry out additional processing activities.

Ugotovila sva, da se pojavljajo patentne prijave, ki obravnavajo reciklažo posameznih vrst odpadkov in ostankov raznih materialov, ki se navezujejo predvsem na recikliranje nepotrebnega papirja in drugih ostankov celuloze, plastike, odpadne gume, tudi recikliranje neuporabne poliuretanske pene in tekstilnih ostankov, ki nastajajo v tekstilni industriji, vendar nobena prijava m reševala problema recikliranja ostankov stiropora, ter natančneje definirala nekaj proizvodov iz te reciklirane zmesi.We have found that there are patent applications that deal with the recycling of individual types of waste and scraps of various materials, which are mainly related to the recycling of unnecessary paper and other scraps of cellulose, plastic, waste rubber, as well as the recycling of useless polyurethane foam and textile scraps that are produced in textile industry, but no application solved the problem of recycling Styrofoam residues, and more precisely defined some products from this recycled mixture.

Pri pregledu prijavljenih izumov je prijaviteljema znan le postopek za granulirano recikliranje poliuretanskih, poliestirenskih ostankov, ostankov steklene volne, tovrstne rešitve recikliranja. Pojavljajo se različne tehnične rešitve linij za reciklažo že navedenih ostankov, vendar za najin predmet zaščite ali za reciklažo ostankov stiropora po najinem postopku nisva zasledila podobno prijavljene rešitve razen zgoraj omenjenih. Osnovna ideja izuma izhaja iz možnosti ponovne mehanske in kemijske predelave oziroma recikliranja naštetih odpadkov. Optimalno priporočljivo razmerje je do 50 volumskih % drobljenca ostankov stiropora in 50 volumskih % dodatka novega fasadne malte po navodilih proizvajalcev. Postopek recikliranja poteka tako, da ostanke stiropora mehansko zdrobimo v drobljenec/granulat (1), velikosti npr. od 1 dm3 do 5 dm3, ter z njim napolnimo koš maksimalno do 50 % volumna kalupa (2). Slika 1 predstavlja koš napolnjen z drobljencem odpadkov stiropora. Drobljenec/granule prelijemo s svežo tekočo surovino fasadne malte po recepturi proizvajalca ne glede na zvrst recepture malte, saj nam le ta služi kot vezivo za drobljenec. Vezivo prelije ostanke ali zmes ostankov in napolni prostor v kalupu (3), 100% oblivanje in vezava ostankov v zaprtem kalupu (2) npr. velikosti 3 m3 je mogoča z rahlim stresenjem kalupa, da se zapolni prostor med drobljencem. Oblitje drobljenca in sušenje mase v zaprtem kalupu omogoča trdo vezavo. Zmes ostankov in nove mase nanesene na ploščah pustimo sušiti na stalažah 24 ur, da utrdi po navodilih proizvajalca fasadne malte ter ga po sušenju in utrjevanju razrežemo v plošče (4) želene standardne dimenzije kot nov izolacijski material. Dobljeni produkt razrežemo v plošče (4) želene standardne dimenzije kot je prikazano na sliki 2. Gre za izdelavo plošč, namenjenih izolaciji, npr. estrihov v hiši, izolacijo hiš, izdelava kapnih napuščev, ograj, predelnih sten v zelo vlažnih prostorih, savn,... The binder pours over the residue or a mixture of residues and fills the space in the mold (3), 100% pouring and binding of the residue in a closed mold (2) e.g. size of 3 m 3 is possible by slightly shaking the mold to fill the space between the crushed stone. Pouring the crumb and drying the mass in a closed mold enables a hard bond. The mixture of residues and new mass applied to the panels is left to dry on racks for 24 hours to harden according to the facade mortar manufacturer's instructions, and after drying and hardening, it is cut into boards (4) of the desired standard dimensions as a new insulating material. The resulting product is cut into plates (4) of the desired standard dimensions as shown in Figure 2. It is about the production of plates intended for insulation, e.g. screeds in the house, insulation of houses, production of eaves, fences, partitions in very humid rooms, saunas,... The resulting product is suitable as an insulator in the construction industry.

Claims (1)

Postopek za recikliranje ostankov stiropora in ostankov za izdelavo novega izolacijskega materiala, raznovrstnih trdnih plošč za najrazličnejše uporabe ter izdelane izdelke, zlasti za toplotno izolacijo raznih prostorov, kakor tudi za uporabo v gradbeni dejavnosti, je zasnovan tako, da uporabimo surovine, kot so ostanki stiropora (1) in zmesi le-teh, kiju najprej grobo zdrobimo na manjše delce, ter z njimi napolnimo kalup (2), označeno s tem, da se ostanki stiropora (1) zdrobijo in nasujejo v kalup do 50 % volumna kalupa (2), ter se kot vezivo uporabi tekoča fasadna malta po recepturi proizvajalca, ki do 100 % volumna kalupa prelije ostanke ali zmes ostankov in napolni prostor v kalupu (3), ter pustimo sušiti in utrjevati nov material po navodilih proizvajalca fasadne malte ter ga po sušenju in utrjevanju razrežemo v plošče (4) želene standardne dimenzije kot nov izolacijski material.1.
