Abstract
Description
GRANULIRANO RECIKLIRANJE POLIURETANSKIH OSTANKOV IN OSTANKOV BETONA NA OSNOVI AGREGATA IZ LAHKO PIHANEGA STEKLAGRANULATED RECYCLING OF POLYURETHANE RESIDUES AND CONCRETE RESIDUES BASED ON LIGHT-BREATHED GLASS AGGREGATES
Gre za področje kemijske tehnologije in sicer za poliuretanske in betonske odpadke, ki nastanejo kot gradbeni ostanki oziroma odpadki..The present invention relates to a new process for recycling useless waste polyurethane and useless residues of concrete based on a light-blown glass aggregate. Useless polyurethane and concrete residues are generated in the construction industry or other similar activity. It provides a new insulation material suitable for installation in industrial buildings, residential buildings or structures requiring thermal insulation. This is a field of chemical technology, namely polyurethane and concrete waste, which is generated as construction debris or waste.
To date, the known solutions for the production of insulating materials, regardless of the raw material base, have not yet provided such solutions as proposed. The technical problem of the invention is how to protect the environment with a uniform technical process, the protection problem of the generation of large volumes of polyurethane and concrete volumetric waste based on light-blown glass aggregate, which is generated as construction waste, mainly in the construction industry. So far, it has been collected in cans or sacks in accordance with the Waste Management Regulations (Official Gazette RS, No. 3/03) and the Rules on Amendments to the Rules on Waste Management arising from Construction Works (Official Gazette RS, No. 50/04). Pursuant to Article lO of the Rules on the management of waste arising from construction works, the investor need not be ordered to take over from the collector of construction waste or to dispose of construction waste directly for recovery or disposal before construction waste is generated due to works for which works no permit is required under the building regulations, and the amount of construction waste during the entire period of construction works does not exceed the minimum amount shown in Table 1:
Tabela 1: Vrste odpadkov in najmanjša količinaTable 1: Types of waste and minimum quantity
These are small quantities that are exceeded on larger objects. Pursuant to Articles 12 and 13 of the said Regulations, the investor is thus left with the option of re-using construction waste or disposing of it himself if he is authorized to recycle or dispose of that waste in accordance with the regulation governing waste management.
In finding a solution, I came up with a unique solution, I came up with a process for obtaining new insulation material from the remnants of the mentioned materials, which have usefulness in the form of various panels, walls, models or as granular-granular form, suitable for laying as thermal insulation, both in horizontal plane or as an additive (filler) for the production of screeds, walls, ceilings. In this way, new insulation material manufactured according to the present process has gained versatility in the construction industry as a hard or loose material.
At the same time, the process allows us to destroy polyurethane and concrete residues on the basis of light-blown glass aggregate in many ways. To a large extent, this kind of waste is deposited in the landfills of authorized organizations, where they take up a lot of space.
V našem primeru smo proučili možnosti predelave betonov in izolimih materialov(poliuretana). In our case, we examined the processing options for concrete and insulating materials (polyurethane). Concrete residues in the construction of structures are generated at various stages of construction of the facility, as classic construction waste, which must be handled in accordance with the Rules for the management of waste arising from construction works. It treats insulated materials in the same way. Polyurethane waste is generated as a waste in the isolation of buildings, where it is necessary to adapt to the individual dimensions of the building.
When designing a solution for recycling waste, polyurethane residues and residues of concrete based on light-blown glass aggregate, I started from the known technical solutions of individual devices used in chemical technology for various technological processes such as grinding, tearing, pressing, cutting, crushing, mixing, sorting, gluing, drying, adding additives and the experience of manufacturers of insulating materials, concrete and construction companies, as well as in similar areas of scrap processing such as plastics, paper, experience in the recycling of automotive scrap. To this end, according to previous research and my invention, I have found that it is reasonable to provide a different process for recycling residues of polyurethane and concrete based on light-blown glass aggregate using known devices and to place them in the correct sequence of my process will ultimately give the desired result, as evidenced by the patent application. It is a crucial finding that I have come up with a new insulation material that qualitatively meets all the prescribed standards and enables versatility and at the same time solves environmental problems. The present invention solves the cost and environmental burden of construction and other similar activities and enables authorized organizations where such waste is disposed of in one place to supplement the recovery activity.
I have found that there are patent applications addressing the recycling of certain types of waste and scrap of various materials, which are primarily related to the recycling of unnecessary paper and other residues of cellulose, plastics, waste rubber, including the recycling of useless polyurethane foam and textile residues generated in Textile industry, but no application solved the problem of recycling polyurethane, light-blown concrete, a combination of these two materials alone, and more specifically defined some of the products in this recycled mixture.
Navedel bom nekaj že prijavljenih rešitev, ki kažejo inovativnost rešitve in mi služi kot obrambni element pri dokazovanju moje inovacije:In reviewing the inventions reported, the applicant is not aware of examples of such recycling solutions. There are various technical solutions for recycling lines already mentioned, but for my object of protection or for the recycling of polyurethane and light-blown concrete, I did not find a similarly reported solution in my process. I will list some of the solutions already reported that demonstrate the innovativeness of the solution and serve as a defense element in proving my innovation:
IT BL92A000019, ki podaja rešitev za postopek izdelave trdih plošč iz ostankov papirja, celuloze in podobnih materialov.IT BL92A000019, which provides a solution for the process of manufacturing rigid sheets of scrap paper, pulp and similar materials.
SI 20267 A prav tako podaja rešitev uporabe celuloznih odpadnih materialov v povezavi s cementom.SI 20267 A also provides a solution for the use of cellulosic waste materials in connection with cement.
AT 1318/85 in AT 2896/85 obravnava stene iz opaža, ki so polnjene s stekleno volno, kar sicer ima podobnosti z uporabo v eni od uporabnih oblik mojega izolacijskega materiala,AT 1318/85 and AT 2896/85 deal with walls made of glass wool-filled formwork, which otherwise has similarities to the use in one of the useful forms of my insulation material,
EP 08429667 A2 obravnava kompozitni material pri proizvodnji steklenih in mineralnih vlaken iz steklene volne ter kot takšen nima nobene stične točke z mojim patentom,EP 08429667 A2 deals with composite material in the manufacture of glass and mineral fibers of glass wool and as such has no contact with my patent,
E 04 B 1/88 in E04 C 2/16 obravnava recikliranje odpadne poliuretanske pene in tekstilnih ostankov, ki ima stično točko predelave poliuretanske pene, vendar ne uporabi betona iz lahko pihanega stekla, ali kot veziva ali ko dodatka pri nastanku novega izolacijskega material po mojem postopku.E 04 B 1/88 and E04 C 2/16 deals with the recycling of waste polyurethane foam and textile residues having a contact point for the processing of polyurethane foam but not using light-blown concrete, or as a binder or admixture for new insulation material my procedure.
According to my knowledge, no manufacturer of such equipment proposed by the patent has so far integrated into a single comprehensive system such or similar apparatus and in such a way that processing of polyurethane and concrete residues on the basis of light-blown glass aggregate is possible.
The novelty is especially in the use of combinations of both individual components for the production of polyurethane insulation, concrete based on light-blown glass aggregate and their residues after individual or combined use. The novelty is the production of a new product mainly made of polyurethane residues and residues of concrete on the basis of light-blown glass.
The present invention solves the problem of bonding the crushed residues of polyurethane and crushed residues of concrete based on light blown glass aggregate or the mass of both materials that can be mixed in a ratio of 0: 100 or 100: 0 and the addition of liquid phases of polyurethane or concrete based on aggregate made of 50:50, 60:40, 70: 30, 80:20 light blown glass, the optimum recommended ratio is 70% of crushed stone and 30% of admixture or new liquid polyurethane or new concrete based on light blown glass aggregate according to the manufacturer's instructions .
Osnovna ideja izuma izhaja iz možnosti ponovne mehanske in kemijske predelave oziroma recikliranja naštetih odpadkov. V eksperimentalnem delu sem prišli do naslednjih zaključkov:The basic idea of the invention comes from the possibility of recycling the mechanical and chemical recovery or recycling of the listed waste. In the experimental part I came to the following conclusions:
a) izolimi material/trdi poliuretan za izolacijo objektov je mogoče predelati z mehanskim drobljenjem in uporabo sveže poliuretanske mase ponovno v izolimi material,a) isolates material / hard polyurethane for the isolation of objects can be recovered by mechanical crushing and the use of fresh polyurethane mass again in the isolates material,
b) beton z agregatom iz lahko pihanega stekla je mogoče z mehanskim drobljenjem in tehnološko obdelavo ponovno predelati v reciklirani betonski proizvod.b) Concrete with light-blown glass aggregate can be re-processed into a recycled concrete product through mechanical crushing and technological treatment.
With the implemented solution, we return to the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment and LCCA Life Cycle Cost Analysis) product (construction semi-finished product) two materials and eliminate construction waste for polyurethane insulating material and concrete based on light-blown glass aggregate. On the basis of the state of the art and the manufacturing experiments carried out, I have confirmed certain advantages of the process according to the invention, which is evident in the simplicity of the process.
I will show the invention with the sketches as follows, because I think that it is so simple and that the necessary devices for its realization are in an unlimited number of versions in quality and capacity so that everyone can adapt it to their technological needs.
Izum je opisan v naslednjih korakih in slikah, ki prikazujejo:The invention is described in the following steps and figures, which show:

The recycling process is carried out by mechanically crushing the polyurethane and concrete waste on the basis of an aggregate of blown glass into a shredder / granulate (1), e.g. from 1 dm 3 to 5 dm 3 and fill the mold with a maximum of 80% of the mold volume (2). Figure 1 represents a mold filled with a shredder of construction waste of polyurethane and concrete based on a light-blown glass aggregate. Pour the granules / granules with fresh liquid raw material for casting polyurethane, irrespective of the type of polyurethane recipe, as it serves as a binder for the crusher. Using an injection molding machine or concrete pump, in the case of concrete made of light-blown glass-based aggregate, fill the air cavities (3) between the residues of the polyurethane and the concrete crusher (1) so as to allow 100% pouring and bonding of the residues in a closed mold (2) e.g. . size 3 m 3 . Expansion of the new mass in a closed mold at a pressure of 10-15 bar allows for firm bonding. The mixture of residues and new polyurethane mass is left in the mold for 72 hours to cure according to the manufacturer's instructions.
In the second version, fresh concrete based on a light-blown glass aggregate is allowed to bind the remains. The procedure is the same, fill the mold (2) with residues and use fresh concrete for the binder, according to the recipe and instructions for drying and curing the manufacturer.
The resulting product is cut into panels (4) of the desired standard dimensions as shown in Figure 2. It is a matter of making panels intended for insulation, e.g. screed in the house, insulation of houses. The product thus obtained is suitable as an insulator in the construction industry.
