Abstract
Predmet izuma je pogonski mehanizem za premikanje drsnih vrat, predvsem težjih steklenih vrat za industrijske pomivalne stroje. Pogonski mehanizem za premikanje drsnih vrat po izumu je izveden z oprijemom, na osi motorja (12) pritrjenega gnanega zobatega kolesa (6) in zobatega jermena (10), pritrjenega na zgornjo površino vležajenega C profila (2) nosilca drsnih vrat (1).Subject of the invention is a drive mechanism for moving sliding doors, especially heavier glass doors for industrial dishwashers. POGONSKI MEHANIZEM ZA PREMIKANJE DRSNIH VRATPRESSURE MECHANISM FOR MOVING DRY DOORS
Predmet izuma je pogonski mehanizem za premikanje drsnih vrat, predvsem težjih steklenih vrat za industrijske pomivalne stroje. Pogonski mehanizem za premikanje drsnih vrat po izumu je izveden z oprijemom, na osi motorja pritrjenega gnanega zobatega kolesa in zobatega jermena, pritrjenega na zgornjo površino vležajenega C profila nosilca drsnih vrat.Subject of the invention is a drive mechanism for moving sliding doors, especially heavier glass doors for industrial dishwashers. Znane izvedbe pogonskih mehanizmov za premikanje drsnih vrat, posebej pogonski mehanizmi težjih drsnih vrat, ki so obešena na nosilec, so znane npr. iz patentnega dokumenta EP 1 639 220. Pri tej izvedbi so drsna vrata obešena na vležajen nosilec, ki omogoča gibanje v smeri odpiranja in zapiranja vrat. Nosilec je gnan z elektromotornim pogonom. Prenos sile potrebne za odpiranje in zapiranje vrat omogoča gnano kolo na osi elektromotorja, preko tornega prenosa na ravno, gladko kovinsko zgornjo površino nosilca vrat. Za boljši prenos vrtilnega momenta je v kolesu vgrajen elastičen element (o-ring). Krožno gibanje kolesa na osi elektromotorja se preko sile trenja prenese v horizontalno gibanje vrat. Elektromotor je prednapet proti nosilcu s pomočjo vzmeti in tako zagotavlja primerno silo trenja. Sila trenja je s poizkusom nastavljena tako, da se horizontalno gibanje vrat zaustavi pri sili 150N iz vidika varnosti, saj obstaja nevarnost poškodb pri gibanju vrat proti nosilnemu okvirju.The known embodiments of the driving mechanisms for moving the sliding doors, especially the drive mechanisms of the heavy sliding doors, which are suspended on the carrier, are known, e.g., of EP 1 639 220. In order to better transfer the torque, an elastic element (o-ring) is installed in the wheel. The circular motion of the wheel on the electric motor axis is transferred to the horizontal movement of the door through the friction force. The electric motor is prestressed against the carrier by means of a spring, thus providing the appropriate force of friction. The friction force is adjusted so that the horizontal movement of the door stops at the 150N from the safety point of view as there is a risk of damage when moving the door against the bearing frame.

Drsna vrata 1 so pritrjena na C profil 2, ki je vležajen na vodilni ležajni puši 9 in omogoča gibanje drsnih vrat 1 v horizontalni smeri po osovini 3 in 4. Na obeh vertikalnih robovih drsnih vrat 1 je nameščena varnostna letev. V primeru ovire med gibanjem drsnih vrat 1 se izvede aktiviranje varnostne letve in signal se prenese v krmilnik, ki poskrbi za odvzem zraka pnevmatskemu cilindru 11 in vzmet v pnevmatskem cilindru 11 posledično potisne batnico navzgor in razdvoji -odmakne zobato kolo 6 in zobati jermen 10.
