Abstract

Subject of the invention is lamellar grinding discs with double lamellas and double granulation, which cover the lamellas positioned on the carrier by pairs, so that the lamellas have different granulation in the vapor. Lamellar grinding discs with double lamellas and dual granulation consist of a support - an abrasive and a sanding agent with a suitable binder, which properly connects the abrasive part and the lining. Abrasive abrasive abrasive products are strips, abrasive abrasive cladding lamellas, arranged and attached in the form of a crown on the lining. With a lamellar grinding disc with double lamellas and double granulation, the lamellas of the canvas are mounted in one level of diagonally overlapping grinding lamellas in a precisely defined ratio to the substrate. The lamellas are composed of a grinding cloth of various granulations. One pair of lamellas consists of one grave and one fine granulation, or one fine and one coarse granulation.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

All known lamella grinding discs so far are also made up of a support - a carrier and a grinder with a suitable binder that properly connects the abrasive part and the support. An example of a blade grinding disc is described in patent application P-201000356 (SI 23570 A2), which shows the positioning of the blade on a support.

Abrasive abrasives are made of sheets - abrasive blade blades arranged and fixed in the form of a wreath to the lining.

In the case of double blade and double granulation blade discs, the blade fins are still installed in one level of diagonally overlapping abrasive blade, in a precisely defined ratio to the substrate, and their composition has changed. The blades consist of a cloth of different granulations.

Technical problem solved by the invention:

The combination of coarse and finer granulation extends the life of the disc. The combination of finer and coarser granulation increases the aggressiveness of grinding.

Description of the new solution

Double-blade and double-granular blade grinding discs are discs made of blades that are positioned on the carrier in pairs so that the blades have different granulation. The method of positioning the blades on the beam is known and is within the state of the art and is described, for example, in patent application P-201000356 (SI 23570 A2), which illustrates the positioning of blades on a beam.

Double-blade and double-granular blade grinding discs, like all known blade grinding discs, also consist of a pad or carrier, and a sanding agent with a suitable binder that properly connects the abrasive part and the pad.

Abrasive abrasive means are sheets or blades of an abrasive abrasive cloth arranged and fixed in the form of a wreath to the lining. In the case of double blade and double granulation blade discs, the blade fins are still installed in one level of diagonally overlapping abrasive blade, in precisely defined ratio to the substrate, and their composition has changed. The blades consist of sanding cloths of different granulations.

A pair of blades consists of one coarse and one fine granulation, or one fine and one coarse granulation. This blades make it possible to extend the life of the disc or to increase aggressiveness in grinding workpieces. This results in more favorable grinding effects. The grinding discs known so far have combinations of double blades with only one size of grinding grain - granulation, but not with two different ones.
