Abstract

Sklop centrifugalne sklopke za motorna vozila z variabilnim prenosom omogoča manjši vztrajnostni moment od obstoječih sklopov. Zaradi manjšega vztrajnostnega momenta celotnega sklopa, se porabi manj energije za pospeševanje in pojemanje celotnega sklopa. Sklop je sestavljen iz centrifugalne sklopke, katero poganja pogonska gred in je sestavljena iz nosilne plošče (2) in dvema ali več čeljusti z oblogami (3). Centrifugalna sklopka s pomočjo trenja prenese vrtilni moment iz pogonske na gnano gred preko košara sklopke (1). S pomočjo navedenega sklopa imamo večji izkoristek pri pospeševanju in zaviranju motornega vozila, hkrati pa tudi manjši giroskopski efekt na motorno vozilo pri menjavanju zavojev.The centrifugal coupling for variable-displacement motor vehicles allows for a smaller inertia of the existing assemblies. With the help of this assembly, we have greater efficiency in accelerating and braking the motor vehicle, and at the same time also reducing the gyroscope effect on the motor vehicle when changing the turns.

Predmet izuma je sklop centrifugalne sklopke za motorna vozila z variabilnim prenosom, katera se vklaplja s pomočjo centrifugalne sile pri vrtenju.The subject of the invention is a centrifugal clutch assembly for variable-speed motor vehicles, which is engaged by centrifugal rotational force.

Enostavna rešitev zaradi manjšega vztrajnostnega momenta, rešuje izgube energije pri pospeševanju in pojemanju. Izum spada v razred F16D 43/14.A simple solution due to the lower inertia momentum, it saves energy losses in acceleration and deceleration. The invention belongs to class F16D 43/14.

Tehnični problem, ki ga rešuje izum je, kako zasnovati sklop centrifugalne sklopke za motorna vozila z variabilnim prenosom, katera bo imela manjši vztrajnostni moment in s tem omogočala manjšo izgubo kinetične energije, saj sklop centrifugalne sklopke posnema funkcijo centrifugalnega vztrajnika. Sklop centrifugalne sklopke bo zaradi manjše krožne vztrajnosti pripomogel k hitrejšemu pospeševanju in pojemanju, posledično bo motorno vozilo porabilo manj energije za pospeševanje ter manj energije za zaviranje. W02007/010688, WO 00/39476, W0 02/21008, WO 99/47829 podobno rešujejo težave mehanskega delovanja centrifugalnih sklopk, vendar ti ne pripomorejo k zmanjšanju vztrajnostnega momenta sklopa. Zaradi navedenega je naša rešitev boljša saj zmanjša izgube pri pospeševanji in pojemanju motornega kolesa z variabilnim prenosom.There are some known implementations of similar solutions in the field of centrifugal couplings on the market.
