Abstract

The subject of the invention are a new combination of water soluble forms of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) and vitamin E (VE), a procedure of preparation of a compound and products based on this compound as well as applications of the compound and products based on this compound. The new combination of CoQ10 and VE according to the invention is characteristic in that CoQ10 in a suitable form with increased water solubility forms a compound with VE in a suitable form. CoQ10 and VE exist in any ratio, preferentially in a weight ratio in the range of 1:100 to 100:1, still more preferably in a ratio between 1:10 to 10:1 and even more preferably in the ratio of about 1:1. The combination of CoQ10 and VE is a solid one or in the form of solution or suspension or emulsion in water or water medium and is pure or with addition of other auxiliary and/or biologically active substances. The combination according to the invention is utilised for preparation of pharmaceutical, nutrition and cosmetic preparations so that the two components are added either in a previously prepared compound or separately.
