For this purpose a hydraulic driving and guiding assembly of a flexible line supporting element has been designed which includes a driving element (1) that can be rotated around the geometrical axis (10) with the help of a hydraulic drive (3), which is in the area of bearings (41, 42) or similar beddings embedded inside the corresponding enclosure (2), while the drive element (1) is with the option of transferring the torque attached to the rotational part (31) of the hydraulic drive (3) reaching inside the enclosure (2) and embedded in it, which is by its static part (32) firmly connected to the aforementioned enclosure (2).
