Abstract

According to the invention a two-part operating handle (3) is anticipated whose primary part (31) is in the rotating point (30) rotationally linked to the bracket (13) on the baseplate (1), while its secondary part (32) is rotationally linked to the aforementioned primary part (31). On the primary part (31) of the operating handle (3) there is at a distance from the rotating point (30) an anticipated pressure element (35) which interacts either with the flat part (251) or the slant part (252) of the supporting element (25) which is made available in the central area (25) of the clamping mechanism.
