Abstract

A process of making a food product is described, characterised by laying homogeneous, firmly bound to each other, and for human nutrition intended products (1. layer) into a previously prepared form, by stacking further foodstuffs or foodstuff mixtures (2. layer) on their top surface, and by joining the layers on the top surface by using a pressure, preferentially the press-generated one, after which the product is turned around and garnished with further foodstuffs.
