Naloga predloženega izuma je ustvariti izdelek, katerega konzumacijske lastnosti visoko presegajo lastnosti, ki so poznane pri podobnih izdelkih kot so npr. prigrizki (snacke), pečeni kolači, pizze itd.It is an object of the present invention to provide a product whose consumption properties far exceed the properties known in the like products such as, for example, snacks, baked cakes, pizzas, etc.
Ta naloga je rešljiva s postopkom v skladu z glavnim zahtevkom 1. Alternativne oblike postopka so razvidne iz zahtevkov 2-10.This task is solvable by a process according to the main claim 1. Alternative forms of the process are apparent from claims 2-10.
Postopek po izumu poteka tako, da se najprej kot prva plast za človekovo prehrano primernih izdelkov kot so rezanci, krompir, žitno-mlinarski izdelki, meso in mesni izdelki, ribe in ribji izdelki kot tudi mešanice takšnih izdelkov ob uporabi vezivnih sredstev kot so npr. jajca, voda in temu podobna, zamešana v homogeno maso kot je npr. testo, vloži v vnaprej pripravljen prednostno ploski model. Na to prvo plast se nanese druga plast, katera sestoji npr. iz mlečnih izdelkov kot npr. sir, pa tudi iz zelenjavno-mesnih sestavin, žitaric, orehov, žitnih in/ali žitno-mlinarskih izdelkov, prednostno v pripravljeni obliki kot mešanica iz njih. Druga plast se s pečenjem ali namenskim sušenjem tako okrepi, da se pri ponovni peki nobeni preostanki ne odvojijo. Druga plast izdelka po izumu se s tlakom prednostno s stiskalnim tlakom (Pressdruck) poveže s plastjo 1, pri čemer znaša predlagani stiskalni tlak 1-12 atu, prednostno 5-10 atu, in čas stiskanja zavzame -2- časovni razpon od 0,1 - 3 sekunde. Pri določenih mešanicah prehrambenih sestavin se lahko zahteva delo s segretimi stiskalnimi glavami (Presskopf), pri čemer se za takšen primer predlaga temperatura stiskanja med +40°C in +500°C.
