The methods allow for, among other uses, the investigation of the effects of a therapeutic agent, such as immune cells or a drug, on tumor cells, and enable the investigation of homing, tumor cytotoxicity, and tumor immune evasion in a single, easy-to-use, high throughput system for more in vivo-like testing.
