Abstract
The present invention relates to ab ispecific protein and amethod preparing the same, wherein mutation is introduced into heavy chains and/or light chains toenhance heterodimerization between ah eavy chain (CH3 domain or Fc) and ah eavy chain (CH3 domain 5 or Fc) and dimerization between ah eav yc hain (CH1 domain) and al ight chain, both targeting the same material, thereby constructing heterodimeric bispecific proteins of high purit y.A bispecific protein according to the present invention can find applications in av ariety of fields comprising cancer therapy, sing ling regulation, diagnosis, etc.
