Предусмотрены фармацевтические композиции как содержащие только указанные псевдоаденовирусные наночастицы, так и содержащие дополнительно кодируемые ими однодоменные мини-антитела против вируса гриппа, например, относящегося к типу А (и характеризующегося антигенными формулами H1N(1-9), H3N(1-9) или H5N(1-9)) или к типу В. Композиции предпочтительно вводят интраназально.The invention relates to a recombinant pseudoadenoviral nanoparticle carrying an expression cassette containing a nucleotide sequence that encodes a single-domain mini-antibody that binds to the influenza virus, and is applicable for the prevention and treatment of influenza. Pharmaceutical compositions are provided both containing only the indicated pseudoadenoviral nanoparticles and containing additionally encoded single-domain mini-antibodies against the influenza virus, for example, belonging to type A (and characterized by the antigenic formulas H1N (1-9), H3N (1-9) or H5N (1-9)) or to type B. The compositions are preferably administered intranasally.
