Abstract
KPO-2961 44 A distributor branches one flow path into a plurality of flow paths. The distributor includes an upper end part positioned at an upper end of the distributor in a gravity direction, a lower end part positioned at a lower end of the distributor in the gravity direction, and a flow path forming part positioned between the upper end part and the 5 lower end part and having a flow path formed in the flow path forming part. At least one of the upper end part and the lower end part is a non-horizontal face part having a non-horizontal face slanted to a horizontal plane.
