Abstract

A device for the sealed laying of tubes, pipes or similar elongated mouldings through apparatus walls or similar components, comprises a nipple 3 having threaded connecting piece 4 and tool application shoulder 5, in particular in polygonal form, and also a sealing insert 6 and a compression screw 7. A strain-relief means 9 is disposed on the nipple 3 on the side remote from the threaded connecting piece 4. The strain-relief means 9 comprises a connecting piece 10 which may comprise fingers which, in use, grip a tube 1 by use of a gripping means 11 such as an endless tightening strap with formed-on Oetiker or squeezing lugs.
