Abstract

A fastener part (2) is secured around a tree (3) or pillar-shaped object, and the tool is supported by a second part (14) pivotably connected to the fastener part. One or both of these parts is provided with an indexing device (35) for positioning the tool in two or more pre-determined fixed angle positions relative to the fastener part. The tool is fixed into position relative to the second part during maintenance work.
