Abstract

A circuit arrangement for amplitude measurement of an alternating voltage signal (SE) operates to ascertain the voltage value corresponding to the peak value of the voltage in a first branch comprising a peak value rectifier (12) and a sample-and-hold member (17) connected to the rectifier by way of a switch (16). Actuation of the switch and discharge of the rectifier is effected by a second branch comprising a comparator (19) comparing the voltage signal (SE) with threshold values and two serially connected monoflops (20, 21) responsive to the comparison result signal (53) and respectively controlling a transistor (14), which connects the rectifier to ground, and the switch (16). <IMAGE>
