Abstract

The invented fixing sleeve (1) intended for mounting inlet and outlet air valves to a planar structure, such as a wall or ceiling panel (2) is usually of cylindrical shape and its front edge is provided with a collar flange (3) aligned essentially orthogonal to the center axis of the cylindrical portion. The panel (2) has a hole with a diameter and shape essentially equal to that of said fixing sleeve (1) cylindrical portion. Said hole served for inserting the fixing frame so that its collar flange (3) remains flush with the front surface of said panel (2). The fixing sleeve (1) is provided with prongs (4) arranged parallel to longitudinal center axis thereof and intended for penetration into the panel (2) during the fixing frame (1) installation.
