Abstract

The ventilation unit consists of a fan or fans, driven by a common motor, in a divided housing, one side for extraction and the other for intake. The air passages are separated by a special exchanger unit (32) which permits air flow in one direction only. A single electric motor (17) has one fan on each end of its shaft, and is arranged so that each fan is in each side of the divided housing (2).
