Abstract

The induction intake aperture (13) is for the carburettor of an IC engine. It points in a direction which is opposed to the flow of cooling air which is accelerated by a cooling blower (10). The cooling air is blown over the cylinder of the IC engine. The induction air intake is located at a point over a worm end section (20) of the blower housing (11) of the cooling blower and at a point above a carburettor (3). USE/ADVANTAGE - Induction inlet is for IC engine fitted to chain saw and can feed air into engine so that sawdust is removed.
