Abstract

At the lower end (3) of the steering spindle (4) is a steering ski (1) which transfers a part of the scooter wt. to the ground. The scooter is steered as the result of turning the spindle which in turn alters the direction of the ski relatively to the scooter. The steering device also has a mechanism (8,13,15) for connecting the spindle to the ski which allows pivoting of the ski in relation to the spindle lower end (3) around an axis (13) parallel with the ski longitudinal direction. Members (16) are also provided to counteract pivoting by storage of potential energy.
