Abstract

Planting tube for forest plants which at its lower end has a beak, consisting of two beak parts, which is pressed down into the ground, after which a planting pit of intended size is produced by the movable beak part changing its angular position relative to that beak part which is fixedly joined to the tube and being locked in open position by a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism being adjustable so that the angle between the beak parts in the open position can be given various values matched to the size of the plants. <IMAGE>
