Abstract

The channels have separate power feed and take-off to suitable locations, where e.g. light points are to be connected. A number of multi-channel cables are used with different numbers of channels. A combination of modules is employed for the cables, and involves branch coupling units, each of which has an input connecting component for connection to the cable end fitting in any of the multi-channel cables, and at least two output connecting components, each suitable for connection to the cable end unit in any of the multi-channel cables with like or fewer channels than the cable to which the input connecting component is connected. - At least one input connecting component has a take-off unit (12) connected to incoming channels. To this take-off unit can be connected pin contacts for the light points.
