In this case, the length of a cable 5 under work connected to an input side terminal 2 is a total length of the input and output side, and another end of the cable 5 is directly connected to an output side terminal 2'. At the mounting of a unit 4, the cable 5 is cut off and connected to input and output terminals of the unit 4. Thus, the continuity test of the cable 5 can easily be done between the input terminals 2 and output terminals 2'.
