Abstract

The ring-substituted phenoxy acids have the general formula (I). In which -A- is a straight-chained or branched alkylene group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R', R'' and R''' independently are chlorine or alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms, such as their pharmaceutically usable salts. The alkyl groups are pref. methyl or ethyl. - Usable cpds. are:- 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid, 2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy) propionic acid, 4-(2,4 dichlorophenoxy) butyric acid, 2,4,5-tricholorphenoxy acetic acid, 2-(2,4,5-trichlorophenoxy) butyric acid, 2,4,5 trichlorophenoxy acetic acid, 2-(2,4,5-trichlorphenoxy) propionic acid, 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) propionic acid, 2-(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) propionic acid, 4-(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) butyric acid.
