Abstract

A child seat (11) incorporating seat portion (12), backrest (13) and headrest (14) integrated therewith, which are designed to be positioned on a vehicle seat (15) and of the type where the ordinary 3-point seat belt (16) of the seat is used for holding the child, and where the child seat (11) is equipped with an adjustment and arresting device (37) for raising and lowering the backrest (13) and for arresting it in different levels relative to the seat portion (12), for position adjustment of the headrest (14) in relation to the length of the upper part of the child's body.
