A device for creating lifting power comprises U-shaped conduits 62, 64 (66) respectively having openings 7 in the neighborhood or the ground surface below a lifting and propelling means 2 of a flying machine 1. The U-shaped conduits 62, 64 (66) are installed at the stopped position of the flying machine, and inlet openings of the conduits faced the lifting and propelling means 2 of the flying machine, and outlet opening 67 of the conduits being faced to the flying machine underside 12.
