Abstract

The clamping device (6,5) works against the opposite side of the plate to the arrester (2). It comprises two L-shaped pieces (5,6) with one end pivotably attached to the arrester (2). The other end of each piece is formed as an arm (8) projecting inwards beneath the plate, and can be tensioned to press with force against the underside of the plate.
