Abstract

A fan, one or more coils and an electric heating device or one based on hot water are provided. The plant receives return air and/or external air which it passes to a channel (14), the quantities of air being regulated by dampers controlled by an operating device (11). A plant regulator (12) regulates the fan speed, coil or coils, and the heater. A motor (13) detects the temp. in the fed air and the effect in the fan motor. The conditioned air fed to the channel is passed in turn to branch conduits (14a-h) which fed terminals (15a-n) of the damper type with inflatable bellows, room air being used to inflate and thus close the bellows, and to empty and open the bellows. The bellows operation is regulated by operating units (16a-n). Monitors (17a-n) probe the room temp. and at set points which provide temp. differential data for each room or zone. The data is fed to the respective air terminal regulators, which contain logic circuits to regulate the operating units. (Provisional basic advised Week 8712)
