Abstract
To reduce heat losses from a building caused by outside air entering through an opening, e.g. a vehicle entrance, a curtain of air is formed across the opening (1) outside the building. Air is ejected though an outlet (9) in a pipe (7) on one side of the opening towards an intake pipe (3) on the opposite side of the opening. Fan (5) draws air from the intake pipe (3) and supplies it to the pipe (7) through a feed pipe (4). <IMAGE>
