Abstract

Such a hybrid connecting circuit which is suitable for use in a safety telephone installation which is connected to a public telephone system contains a tuning line network BN which can be regulated. Resistor components of the line network BN are switched via electronic switches S1 and S2 in order to match the balancing resistor responding to control signals CS1 and CS2 from a microprocessor control circuit C. Before a tuning process starts, the circuit C selectively operates the switches S1 and S2 in order to tune the balancing resistor and create a suitable tuning using the external resistor which is connected to the opening A of the hybrid, which is directed to two sides. <IMAGE>
