Abstract

According to the invention, the driving wheel has a hub (1), to the periphery of which spokes (2) are radially fastened. A wheel rim (3) is fastened to the spokes (2). A movable lining (4) is freely accommodated at the periphery in the groove of the rim (3). The lining (4) is joined together via the rim (3) and is enclosed over the arc of contact of the driving wheel by a rope (8). The movable lining (4) is constructed in the configuration of a flexible elastic ring to which lining elements (5) profiled with gaps (7) in accordance with the shape of the groove of the wheel rim (3) are fastened. <IMAGE>
