Abstract

An arrangement for heating up flowing liquid by convection, is described. Within a frame there are two stacks of dividing walls which form interpenetrating chambers. The top and bottom of each chamber has hole so that one liq. can pass up through one stock and another liquid or a gas down through the other. The inter penetration of the chambers allows one stack to exchange heat with the other by convection.
