Abstract

A frame part 1 for a hinge is secured to a door frame 4 by means of two anchoring screws 2. To permit adjustment of the frame part relative to the door frame, the screws 2 are designed to cooperate with through-holes in the frame part and can be acted on via screwdriver slots 2b from the outside. A locking nut 3 which bottoms in a widened part of the hole fixes the frame part in the position set by the screw. A locking pin 9 in a hole in the door frame in line with the respective anchoring screw 2 cooperates with a portion 2e of the screw which has a smaller diameter. The axial length of said portion 2e is such that the desired adjustment is permitted while at the same time the locking pin 9 prevents release of the anchoring screws when the door is closed. The arrangement permits adjustment of the frame part with the door in place. <IMAGE>
