Abstract

Vehicle superstructures, in particular vehicle loading spaces or other goods containers (in particular of commercial delivery vans) are equipped with means for securing a side curtain and for preventing an undesired displacement of the same, which means are however intended to permit the curtain to be drawn and opened by the vehicle user with ease. In accordance with an embodiment of the invention, these means consist of a curtain arrangement of a curtain, tracks, runners and means for exerting a tension on the curtain. In a further form of the invention, these means have a tensioning device for exerting a horizontal tension on the curtain. In a further conception of the invention, these means have an arrangement in which a curtain rod which is attached to a side rod section of the curtain can be fixed with respect to the vehicle body when the curtain is in a closed position.
