Abstract

The proportional control system is used for controlling a condition at a set point. The system has reset for substantially reducing system droop and incorporates reset windup limiting, the system having a set point apparatus for establishing the set point for the system, a feedback circuit for supplying a feedback signal in accordance with the condition. A reset circuit connected to both the set point apparatus and the feedback circuit for reducing system droop. The reset circuit supplies a reset output signal, and has a circuit for limiting reset windup of the reset circuit.
