Abstract

A stirring arm (9) connected to a drive axle (8) moves the base. The arm comprises two relatively movable elements, a tubular holder which supports a scraper arm having an adjustable blade on a floating suspension. The scraper arm can carry out vertical pivoting movement and can also be lifted or lowered complete without pivoting. The scraper arm is mounted in the holder at two points spaced apart. The scraper arm is acted on by a bolt and spring which lift or swing the arm. The arm prevents natural manure from burning fast onto the base during drying.
