Abstract

The invention relates to a coupling between a vehicle and another vehicle or implement, here designated vehicle and machine, respectively. The invention replaces every implement coupling in use to-day between tractor and implement, irrespective of the implement being front-mounted, lift-mounted or towed. The invention comprises a machine part 2 and a vehicle part 1. The machine part is mounted onto the machine (implement) and contains coupling parts for electric, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical power take-off connections 19a, as well as devices 16, 17, 18 for mechanically connecting the machine part with the vehicle part in a connection held together by force or by shape. The vehicle part consists of a jointed framework where the parts are moved by means of displacing means 9, 15, 10, 7, 13, e.g. hydraulic cylinders, and the frame is shaped such that by choosing various combinations of controls occupying a moving position or a locked position, respectively, the coupling will correspond to a power lift, a drawbar or a hitch, respectively. The vehicle part contains connections and joints 14, 19, 12, 18 corresponding to the machine part. <IMAGE>
