Abstract

A heat recuperation plant comprising a water-filled vessel 10 with a lower inlet 12 for cold water and an upper outlet 14 for hot water. At least one pipeline for superheated gas is arranged for heating the water in the vessel. The pipeline comprises, seen in the direction of the gas flow, at least one inner tube sling 16, 18 arranged inside an upper portion of the vessel, and at least one outer tube sling 16', 18' arranged in a closed, water-filled compartment 20 between a lower portion of the vessel and a jacket 22 surrounding this portion at a distance. At the bottom, the water-filled compartment is provided with a feeding pipe 24 for water, the temperature of which will normally be above room temperature. Above, the water-filled compartment is provided with an outlet pipe 26 for water having a temperature above the water temperature in the feeding pipe. By means of a circulating pump 32, the water is brought to circulate upwards in said compartment in counter-current around the outer tube sling 16', 18' of the vessel 10. The water in the compartment 20 preheats the water in the vessel, simultaneously with its own temperature rising due to heating from the outer tube sling. The final temperature for the service water in the vessel is regulated via the tube sling 16, 18 inside the upper portion of the vessel. A particular by-pass valve 30 is arranged between the feeding and outlet pipes 24, 26 for regulating of the preheating intensity of the water in the vessel. <IMAGE>
