Abstract
Two power sources (J1, J2), each of which can be connected via a switch (S1, S2), are provided for pulling-in and holding a relay (P) in selector switching technology. The relay (P) is pulled in by a control switch (S) when the first power source (J1) for the pulling-in current is switched on. The pulling-in current in the relay winding triggers a signal to the threshold-value switch (Sw). Via the logic device (LE), this signal causes the first power source (J1) to be disconnected and the second power source (J2), for the holding current, to be connected. A voltage which is dependent on the relay current is produced at the output (Rg1) of the regulator (Rg), which voltage adjusts the resistor (Rs) in order to take current from the first power source (J1) in order to add this current to the holding current from the second power source (J2) if this holding current is less than a specific value. The relay can thus be held with minimum power consumption and interference voltages, which would cause the relay to drop out, are compensated for by regulating the current drawn from the first power source (J1), by means of the logic device (LE). <IMAGE>
