Claims (23)
1. Anordning (100) för sammanfogning av material medelst förankring av eninsats (10) innefattande ett första material i en konstruktion (20) innefattande ett andramaterial, varvid det forsta materialet är fast och innefattar terrnoplastiska egenskaperoch varvid det andra materialet är fast och är genomträngligt av det forsta materialet iett flytande tillstånd, varvid anordningen (100) innefattar: en vibrationsanordning (110) anordnad att överföra vibrationer till insatsen(10) för att orsaka åtminstone partiell kondensering därav och anordnad att röra sig,relativt konstruktionen (20), i en införingsriktning (ID) för att föra insatsen (10)åtminstone delvis in i konstruktionen (20), kännetecknad av att en kontaktsensor (120) är ansluten till vibrationsanordningen (110) och äranordnad att röra sig tillsammans med vibrationsanordningen (110) iinföringsriktningen (ID), varvid kontaktsensom (120) har en sensorstomme (124)anordnad att detektera kontakt med konstruktionen (20), och en styrenhet (150) ansluten till kontaktsensom (120) och anordnad att ta emoten kontaktsignal från kontaktsensom (120) som indikerar att sensorstommen (124) harkommit i kontakt med konstruktionen (20), varvid styrenheten (150) innefattarstyrorgan (152) anordnat att avbryta, baserat på mottagning av nämnda signal, minst enav: i) en rörelse hos vibrationsanordningen (110) i införingsriktningen (ID), och ii) en överföring av vibrationer från vibrationsanordningen (110) till insatsen (10).
2. Anordning enligt krav 1, varvid vibrationsanordningen (110) är en ultraljudsvibrationsanordning.
3. Anordning enligt något av de föregående kraven, varvid ett lateralt avstånd(Ll), mätt i en riktning vinkelrät mot införingsriktningen (ID) mellan en centrumlinje(Cl) hos vibrationsanordningen (110) och en centrumlinje (C2) hos kontaktsensom (120) är mindre än sju, mer fördelaktigt mindre än fem, gånger en maximal lateral bredd (L2), mätt i en riktning vinkelrät mot insatsens (10) införingsriktning (ID) [L1 < 7 x L2,mer fördelaktigt L1 < 5 x L2], mest fördelaktigt är det laterala avståndet (L1) mindre än 70 mm, allra helst mindre än 50 mm.
4. Anordning enligt något av de föregående kraven, varvid kontaktsensom(120) har en repetemoggrannhet för lägesdetektering, sett från införingsriktningen (ID),som är bättre än 20 mikrometer, företrädesvis bättre än 10 mikrometer, och helst bättre än 5 mikrometer.
5. Anordning enligt något av de föregående kraven, varvid kontaktsensom(120) har en svarstid om mindre än 3 millisekunder, företrädesvis om mindre än 1millisekund, varvid kontaktsensom (120) företrädesvis har en konstruktionskontaktarea (SA) anordnad att kontakta konstruktionen (20), med en area om 5-200 mm2.
6. Anordning enligt något av de föregående kraven, varvidvibrationsanordningen (110) innefattar insatskontaktyta (112) för överföring avvibrationer till insatsen (10), varvid sensorstommen (124) är anordnad på ett avstånd(dl), sett i införingsriktningen (ID), från vibrationsanordningens (110) insatskontaktyta(112), varvid avståndet (dl) mellan vibrationsanordningens (110) insatskontaktyta (112)och sensoms (120) sensorstomme (124) motsvarar en höjd (H1) på vilken insatsen (10)är avsedd att sträcka sig från konstruktionen (20) i införingsriktningen (ID) efter att insatsen (10) har förankrats i konstruktionen (20).
7. Anordning enligt något av de föregående kraven, varvid styrorganet (152) äranordnat att avbryta, baserat på mottagning av nämnda signal, både:i) rörelsen hos vibrationsanordningen (110) i införingsriktningen (ID), och ii) överföringen av vibrationer från vibrationsanordningen (110) till insatsen (10).
8. Anordning enligt något av de föregående kraven, varvid kontaktsensom (120) innefattar ett hölj e (121) som innesluter en första elektrod (122) som är fixerad i förhållande till hölj et (121), och en andra elektrod (123) som är ansluten till sensorstommen (124) och som är rörlig relativt hölj et (121).
9. Anordning enligt krav 8, varvid den andra elektroden (123) är fäst vid sensorstommen som är ett rörligt organ (124) förspänt att skjuta ut utanför hölj et (121).
10. Anordning enligt krav 9, varvid den första och den andra elektroden (122,123) står i kontakt när ingen kontaktkraft från konstruktionen (20) verkar på det rörligaorganet (124).
11. Anordning enligt krav 9, varvid den första och den andra elektroden (122,123) står i icke-kontakt när ingen kontaktkraft från konstruktionen (20) verkar på detrörliga organet (124).
12. Anordning enligt något av de föregående kraven, vidare innefattande ettstöd (130) som medger vibrationsanordningen (110) och sensom (120) att röra sig iriktning mot och bort från konstruktionen (20) längs införingsriktningen (ID),företrädesvis innefattar stödet (130) en pneumatisk cylinder (132), en hydrauliskcylinder eller en linj ärdrivmotor för manövrering av rörelsen längs införingsriktningen (ID).
13. Anordning enligt något av de föregående kraven, vidare innefattande engastillförsel (140) med ett spolgasutlopp (141) anordnat invid sensorstommen (124) för gasspolning av konstruktionen (20) framför sensoms (120) sensorstomme (124).
14. Sätt att sammanfoga material medelst förankring av en insats (10)innefattande ett första material i en konstruktion (20) innefattande ett andra materialsåsom ett fibröst eller poröst material, varvid det första materialet är fast och innefattarterrnoplastiska egenskaper och varvid det andra materialet är fast och är genomträngligtav det första materialet när det är i ett kondenserat tillstånd, varvid sättet (300) innefattar att rikta in en vibrationsanordning (110) med en insats (10); att styra vibrationsanordningen (110) för överföring av vibrationer för attorsaka åtminstone partiell kondensering av insatsen (10), såväl som generering av entryckkraft i en införingsriktning (ID) hos insatsen (10) för att trycka insatsen (10)åtminstone delvis in i konstruktionen (20); kännetecknad av att att detektera när en sensor (120), vilken är ansluten till vibrationsanordningen(110) och vilken rör sig tillsammans med vibrationsanordningen (110) iinföringsriktningen (ID), står i kontakt med konstruktionen (20) i vilken insatsen (10)trycks in i; och att avbryta åtminstone en av överföringen av vibrationer och generering avtryckkraft medelst vibrationsanordningen (110) när kontakten mellan sensom (120) och konstruktionen (20) detekteras.
15. Sätt enligt krav 14, varvid steget att avbryta åtminstone en av överföringenav vibrationer och genereringen av en tryckkraft medelst vibrationsanordningen (110)när kontakten mellan sensom (120) och konstruktionen (20) detekteras innefattar att avbryta både överföringen av vibrationer och genereringen av en tryckkraft.
16. Sätt enligt något av kraven 14-15, varvid steget att detektera en kontakt med konstruktionen (20) innefattar att detektera kontakten vid ett lateralt avstånd (Ll)mätt i en riktning vinkelrätt mot införingsriktningen (ID) mellan en centrumlinje (Cl)av vibrationsanordningen (110) och en centrumlinje (C2) av kontaktsensom (120) ommindre än sju, företrädesvis mindre än fem gånger en maximal lateral bredd (L2) mätt ien riktning vinkelrätt mot införingsriktningen (ID) hos insatsen (10) [Ll < 7 x L2,företrädesvis L1 < 5 x L2].
17. Sätt enligt något av kraven 14-16, varvid steget att detektera när sensom(120) står i kontakt med konstruktionen (20) utförs medelst användning av enrepetemoggrannhet för lägesdetektering hos sensom (120) sett ur införingsriktningen(ID) som är bättre än 20 mikrometer, företrädesvis bättre än 10 mikrometer och mest fördelaktigt bättre än 5 mikrometer.
18. Sätt enligt något av kraven 14-17, varvid steget att detektera när sensorn(120) står i kontakt med konstruktionen (20) utförs medelst användning av en svarstid hos sensorn om mindre än 3 millisekunder, företrädesvis om mindre än 1 millisekund.
19. Sätt enligt något av kraven 14-18, varvid en area hos konstruktionen (20) framför kontaktsensom (120) spolas med en spolgas.
20. Sätt enligt något av kraven 14-19, vidare innefattande att ställa in ettavstånd (dl) mellan en insatskontaktyta (112) hos vibrationsanordningen (110) och ensensorstomme (124) hos sensom (120) så att det motsvarar en höjd (H1) på vilkeninsatsen (10) är avsedd att sträcka sig från konstruktionen (20) i införingsriktningen (ID) efter att nämnda insats (10) har förankrats i konstruktionen (20).
21. Sätt enligt något av kraven 14-20, varvid konstruktionen (20) innefattar ettträbaserat material såsom trä, plyWood, spånskiva, kartong, träfiberplatta med medelhög eller hög densitet (MDF, HDF).
22. Sätt enligt något av kraven 14-21, varvid insatsen är en tapp för senareanvändning som ett hanparti av en möbelsammanfogning som bildas när konstruktionen (20), som innefattar en möbeldel och en ytterligare möbeldel, sammanfogas.
23. Sätt enligt något av kraven 14-21, varvid insatsen är en tapp för senareanvändning som ett honparti av en möbelsammanfogning som bildas när konstruktionen (20), som innefattar en möbeldel och en ytterligare möbeldel, sammanfogas.
