Claims (14)

1. l. Förfarande för återvinning av drav, innefattande stegen: a) att tillföra en sats blandad lösning bestående av en sats drav och en förstafermenteringskomposition till en andra ferrnenteringskomposition; b) att blanda den tillförda satsen blandad lösning med den andrafermenteringskompositionen, varigenom en ferrnenterad blandning erhålls;och c) att separera den ferrnenterade blandningen till en flytande produkt och en fastprodukt; varvid den flytande produkten och den fasta produkten har längre hållbarhet jämförtmed hållbarheten för nämnda sats drav nar blandad lösning har tillförts i steg a),varvid förfarandet före steg a) innefattar stegen:i. att tillföra nämnda sats drav till nämnda först ferrnenteringskomposition; ochii. att blanda nämnda tillförda sats drav med nämnda första fermenteringskomposition, varigenom nämnda blandad lösning erhålls.
2. Förfarande enligt krav l, vid vilket nämnda sats blandad lösning är en första satsblandad lösning, varvid en del av den fermenterade blandningen som erhållits isteg b) återanvänds i förfarandet innefattande stegen: a) att tillföra en andra sats blandad lösning till nämnda del av ferrnenteradeblandning; b) att blanda den tillförda andra satsen blandad lösning med nämnda del avferrnenterad blandning, varigenom en andra ferrnenterad blandning erhålls;och c) att separera den andra fermenterade blandningen till en andra flytande produkt och en andra fast produkt.
3. Förfarande enligt krav l, vid vilket nämnda sats blandad lösning är en första satsblandad lösning, varvid den flytande produkten som erhållits i steg c) återanvänds iförfarandet innefattande stegen: a) att tillföra en tredje sats blandad lösning till den flytande produkten; b) att blanda den tillförda tredje satsen blandad lösning med den flytande produkten, varigenom en tredje fermenterad blandning erhålls; ochc) att separera den tredje fermenterade blandningen till en tredje flytande produkt och en tredje fast produkt.
4. Förfarande enligt något av kraven 2 eller 3, vid vilket;i beroende av krav 2, vatten tillförs i steg a) till nämnda del av fermenterad blandning;och i beroende av krav 3, vatten tillförs i steg a) till den flytande produkten.
5. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, vid vilket förfarandet ytterligareinnefattar stegen:d) att mala den fasta produkten, den andra fasta produkten och/eller den tredjefasta produkten, och valfritte) att vakuumförpacka den malda fasta produkten, den malda andra fasta produkten och/eller den malda tredje fasta produkten.
6. Förfarande enligt krav 5, vid vilket steget d) ytterligare innefattar spray-torkning avden malda fasta produkten, den malda andra fasta produkten, och/eller den malda tredje fasta produkten.
7. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, vid vilket den andrafermenteringskompositionen, nämnda del fermenterad blandning eller den flytandeprodukten utgör 5 till 50 % av den totala volymen, såsom 25 till 35 % av den totala volymen.
8. Förfarande enligt något av kraven l till 7, vid vilket förfarandet före steg i)inledningsvis innefattar att justera pH hos den första fermenteringskompositionen till ett pH under 4,5, såsom ett pH inom intervallet 3,5 till 4,5.
9. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, vid vilket separationen i steg c) utförs genom filtrering eller centrifugering.
10. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, vid vilket blandandet i steg b) utförsvid en temperatur inom intervallet 5 till 50 °C, såsom inom intervallet 20 till 45 °C, exempelvis inom intervallet 37 till 40 °C.
11. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, vid vilket steg b) utförs inom ett tidsintervall av från 4 till 24 timmar.
12. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, vid vilket den första och/eller denandra ferrnenteringskompositionen innefattar fermenteringsbakterier som ar mj ölksyrabakterier, såsom mj ölksyrabakterier valda från gruppen bestående avLactobacillus helveticus 14492, Lactobaciullus kefir 14502, och Uzctobacillus acidophilus 14499, eller vilken som helst kombination darav.
13. Flytande produkt som ar anskaffbar genom förfarandet enligt något av kraven 1 till 12.
14. Fast produkt som ar anskaffbar genom förfarandet enligt något av kraven 1 till 12.
