Claims (9)
1. Florlurar (1) for atergivning av audiell utdata fran en mediaspelare (13) innefattande:
1. atminstone ett lurelement (2), storleksformat och anpassat att anordnas vid Orat (20) hos en anvandare, och som har ett hogtalarelement (24) f6r att omvandla audiell utdata till ljudvagor,
2. en styrenhet (120) fOr styrning av den audiella utdatan som sands Than en mediaspelare (13) till hogtalarelementet,
3. en fOrsta rorelsesensor for att avkanna rorelse hos en anvandare, och - en pulsratdetektor som är storleksformad och konfigurerad att avkanna hjartfrekvens hos en anvandare, varvid
4. namnda rorelsesensor är en accelerometer konfigurerad att avkanna rorelse hos anvandaren, - nannnda styrenhet (120) är konfigurerad att ta ennot sensordata tan namnda forsta rorelsesensor och namnda pulsratdetektor och att baserat pa namnda sensordata bestamma tillstandet hos en anvandare, och
5. namnda styrenhet (120) justerar den audiella utdatan till namnda hogtalarelement (24) baserat pa det bestamda tillstandet hos anvandaren f6r att anpassa den audiella utdatan till en aktivitet som utfors av anvandaren sadant att antingen nar namnda sensordata pavisar ett lagaktivt tillstand hos anvandaren sa justerar styrenheten (120) den audiella utdatan att passa ett lagaktivt tillstand och/eller nar namnda sensordata pavisar ett hogaktivt tillstand hos anvandaren sa justerar styrenheten (120) den audiella utdatan att passa ett hOgaktivt tillstand, varvid justering av audiell utdata innefattar nagot eller en kombination av ett eller flera av foljande fOrfaranden: stoppa/pausa/spela, oka/minska volym, styra audiell utdata baserat pa slag per minut (BPM), takt, rytm, styra audiell utdata baserat pa 538 331 forbestannt val, genre, fordefinierat urval sasom en spellista eller sarskilt spar.
2. Florlurar (1) enligt krav 1, varvid bestamning av tillstandet hos en anvandare inkluderar att bestamma om anvandaren sover eller är vaken.
