Description

Foder för höjning av halten omättat fett i griskött Allmän del Fettet i griskött är i vanliga fall av de ohälsosamma mättade fettsorterna. En del grisuppfödare har gett grisarna linfrökakor för att få den nyttiga omega-3 fettsyran i grisköttet, men inte lyckats få ut detta i någon nämnbar mängd. Jag har gjort en foderblandning, koncentrat, som består av raps, solros, majs, linfrö, åkerböna och ärtor. Detta gjorde att ca 6 % av köttets fettsyror utgjordes av omega- 3 och drygt 11 % utgjordes av omega-6. Alltså en omega-6/omega -3 kvot på runt 2, vilket är mycket bra. Genom denna speciella foderblandning har jag alltså fått grisköttet att bli nyttigare. Som en bonus blev köttet också mycket mört och smakligt.
Speciell del Foderblandningen består av lika delar raps, solros, majs, linfrö, åkerböna och ärtor. Åkerböna och ärtor är malda, övrigt antingen malda frö eller i form av olja. Denna blandning ges som tillsatts till spannmål en.
