Vid tillämpning av förfarandet enligt uppfin- ningen fräser man bort det skadade partiet, exempel- vis längs den prickstreckade linjen 12, FIG l, sä att skoveln blir som i FIG 2, varefter man äter bygger upp skoveln med ett parti 13 till dess ursprungliga profil med användning av vax, plast eller legering med làg smältpunkt, FIG 3.
Omkring den sálunda "rekonstruerade" skoveln an- ordnas nu en form 14 av grafitpulver och cement med ett ingöt 15 i omrädet av den päbyggda delen av vax, plast eller legering, FIG 4, varefter denna del äter avlägsnas frän skoveln genom att vaxet eller lege- ringen smältes eller genom att plasten löses upp i nàgot lösningsmedel, varvid en hálighet 16 kvarstär i formen med samma dimensioner och profil som den av- lägsnade päbyggnadsdelen, FIG 5. I formhàligheten packas ett pulver 17 av metall eller metallegering, som kan vara densamma som den skoveln är gjord av el- ler kan vara härdare än metallen eller metallege- ringen i skoveln, FIG 6, varefter formen med däri in- nesluten skovel och metallpulver placeras i en kapsel för hetisostatpressning, i vilken formen lämpligen 10 15 20 25 30 35 465 855 packas in i pulver av aluminiumoxid eller zirkonium- silikat. Den pà sä sätt framställda rekonstruerade sko- veln är en monolitisk kropp, vid vilken man inte be- höver räkna med uppkomsten av sprickor eller losslit- ning av den genom hetisostatpressningen pàlagda delen vid drift av det turbinhjul, i vilket skoveln använ- des.

1. Sätt för rekonstruktion av skovlar och led- skenor i àngturbiner vid förekommande erosionsskador, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att efter borttagning av det erosionsskador uppvisande partiet av skoveln el- ler ledskenan uppbygges pä denna av ett lättsmält el- ler upplösbart material ett ersättningsparti, som äterställer skovelns eller ledskenans ursprungliga profil, att omkring den sàlunda rekonstruerade sko- veln eller ledskenan anordnas en grafitform med in- göt, varefter det pàbyggda partiet avlägsnas genom att materialet däri smältes eller upplöses, och att i den kvarstående hàligheten i grafitformen hetisostat- pressas ett metallpulver, varefter grafitformen av- lägsnas fràn den till en monolitisk kropp rekonstrue- rade skoveln eller ledskenan.
2. Sätt enligt krav 1, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att genom hetisostatpressningen ästadkommes ett parti av skoveln, vilket är hàrdare än materialet i skoveln i övrigt.
