Description
15 20 25 30 35 450 293 mellan plastskiktet och Väven finns en tunt metallfolie, som vid lamineringen mot väven blivit krakelerat.
Det är lämpligt om de elektriskt ledande fibrerna är längre än 3 cm.
Det är också lämpligt att som plastskikt använda ett skikt som medför låg emissionsfaktor inom våglängdsområdena 3-5 och 8-14/um. Detta kan uppnås genom att man använder polyetylen.
Uppfinningen kommer nu att belysas genom beskrivning av ett utföringsexempel och i anslutning till figurerna, där fig 1 visar reflexionen som funktion av våglängden vid olika typer av reflekterande material. Fig 2 visar ett utföringsexempel av uppfinningen.
I fig 1 visar den streckade kurvan reflexionens våglängds- oeroende för en väv med metallfibrer i, vilken alltså från en reflexion om 60% vid våglängden 30 mm sjunker till 2,5? vid 3 mm.
Motsvarande värden för en kombinerad maskering enligt uppfin- ningen har utmärkts med ringar, och man ser att vid 3 mm har reflexionsförmâgan ökat till 40%. Vid våglängden 0.01 mm har man reflexionsförmågan 30%. Om metallytan varit på utsidan, så hade ett väsentligt högre värde erhållits, men här bbfiïw P°¥F*ï@fl i folien till en undertryckning till ett lämpligt värde.
UTFÖRINGSÉXEMPEL En polyamidväv 1 med 13/13 trådar per centimeter användes som bärare, där varannan tråd är heldragen multifil tråd och var- annan trâd är spunnen och innehåller nâgra procent metallfioril- ler tunnare än 20/um i diameter och längre än 3 cm före inspin- ningen. Den spunna tråden behövs för att få med metallfibern medan den heldragna behövs för att få hög drag- och rivstyrka.
Väven 1 är redan infärgad grön för att få kamoflageegenskaper.
Den lamineras enligt fig 2 under värme till en vakuummetalliserad polyeten 3 med en limfilm 2 emellan. En matterad releasebärare 5 får följa med vid lamineringen för att ge polyetenfolien en matt yta. I Värmen och trycket gör att väven 1 delvis sjunker in i den metalliserade ytan 4 och förstör dess elektriskt ledande egen- skaper. Ytan.4 krakelerar också hos metallen då polyetenet 3 delvis smälter vid lamineringen.
Med denna folie har vi uppnått de tidigare beskrivna resultaten f» n
Claims (3)
1. Radarmaskering, vari ingår en väv (1) och ett därpå lami- nerat plastskikt (3), kombinationen, att i väven ingår elektriskt ledande fibrer k ä n n e t e c k n a d av den tunnare än 20 /um, samt att mellan plastskiktet (3) och väven finns ett tunt metallskikt (4), som vid lamineringen mot väven blivit krakelerat.
2. Radarmaskering enligt krav 1, k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att fibrerna är längre än 3 cm.
3. Radarmaskering enligt krav 1 eller 2, k ä n n e t e c k - n a d av att plastskiktet är av polyetylen samt fäst vid Väven (1) medelst en limfilm (2).
