Vid behandling av ett vattenbaserat system i enlighet med'
sättet enligt föreliggande uppfinning upprätthålles ca
0,1 - 500 ppm av inhibitorkomplexet i vattnet, ännu hellre 1-50
ppm.
Denna inhibitor kan blandas med vilka som helst välkända
skalningsinhibitorer, dispergeringsmedel och gulmetallkorro-
sionsinhibitorer, såsom bensotriazol eller merkaptobensotiazol.
Bland typiska industriella tillämpningar där föreliggande uppfin-
ning är användbar kan nämnas behandling av vatten, strâlnings-
kylmedel, hydraulisktfluidum, anti-frysmedium, värmeöverförings-
medium och petroleumkällor.
Glukonater är välkända i samband med behandling av vatten.
I USPS 3 095 862 beskrivs användning av kalciumglukonat i syfte
att eliminera karbonat. I USPS 3 711 ZH6 beskrivs användning av
natriumglukonat tillsammans med natriumsilikat i syfte att reg-
lera oxidativ korrosion. 'USPS H 108 790 omtalar användning av
natrium- och ammmfiuglukonater för oxidativ reglering i kylvat-
tensystem. I USPS H 120 655 avslöjas användning av en fosfor-
syraester plus ett glukonat av en metall ur grupperna II till
VIII i det periodiska systemet för reglering av ferrokorrosion.
Föreliggande uppfinning representerar emellertid, såvitt vi vet,
för första gången användning av det häri beskrivna komplexet av
AlCl5 . 6H2O/glukonsyra som enda effektiva korrosionsreglerande
tillsatsmedel för järn- och stålytor.
Claims (6)
1. Komplex, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att det är ett komplex av alumíniumklorid och glukonsyra erhållet genom bland- ning av aluminiumklorid och glukonsyra i vatten i ett molförhál- lande aluminiumklorid till glukonsyra av från 1:2 till 2:1.
Z. Komplex enligt krav 1, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att molförhållandet är ca 1:1
3. Komplex enligt något av kraven 1-2, k ä n n e - t e c k n a t av att aluminiumkloriden är aluminiumklorid- -hexahydrat.
4. Sätt för att kontrollera eller reglera korrosion av järn- och stålytor i vattenbaserade system, k ä n n e t e c k - n a t av att man i systemet upprätthåller en effektiv mängd inom området 0,1 - 500 ppm, räknat på vattnet, av ett komplex enligt något av kraven 1-3.
5. Sätt enligt krav 4, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att mängden av komplexet är ca 1 - 30 ppm.
6. Sätt enligt något av kraven 4-5, k ä n n e tee c k - n a t av att komplexet är det enda närvarande korrosionsregle- rande tillsatsmedlet.
