Description
An interweaving machine and a method for producing a winding for an electric machine TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure relates to the area of windings for electric machines. Particuiariy, the present disclosure relates to an interweaving machine arranged to produce a winding for an electric machine and to a method for producing a winding for an electric machine by using the winding machine.
BACKGROUND Electrical rotary machines are largely known within the area of technology. Electrical rotary machines comprise a stationary stator and a rotor that is configured to rotate in relation to the stator. Usually, the rotor is designed as an internal rotor arranged inside the stator. The stator comprises conductor coils designed as windings and an energization of the windings generates magnetic fields which, together with the magnets of the rotor, produce attractive and repulsive forces on the rotor for the purpose of achieving a rotational movement of the rotor.
Windings of electrical rotary machines are often, so-called, wave windings, since the windings have a wave-like form along the axial length of the rotor.
Producing windings is often time consuming and complicated. Thus, it is desirable to facilitate the processes of producing windings regarding i.a. the time- and energy consumption.
SUMMARY lt is an object of the present disclosure to overcome, or at least alleviate, at least some of the above-mentioned drawbacks and problems.
According to a first aspect of the disclosure, the object is achieved by an inten/veaving machine according to claim 1. Thus, the object is achieved by an interweaving machine arranged to inten/veave at least two preformed winding wires adapted for a winding of a stator of an electric machine. Each wire of the at least two winding wires has a curved form with a number of curvatures and has an extension along a main extension direction. The at least two winding wires are intended to be winded by an engagement with each other at the curvatures. Each wire comprises a pair of ends. The inten/veaving machine comprises a first movement control part comprising:- a first receiving portion arranged to receive a first connector attached to at least one end of at least one first wire of the at least two wires and -a second receiving portion arranged to receive a second connector attached to at least one end of at least one second wire of the at least two wires.
Each of the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion is arranged to move at least in a first direction and in a second direction being opposite to the first direction. The first direction and the second direction are substantially parallel to each other and in planes substantially parallel to a plane of the main extension direction of the wires. The first receiving portion and the second receiving portion are arranged to move a first distance in the first direction and in the second direction.
The interweaving machine further comprises a second movement control part comprising: - a third receiving portion arranged to receive a third connector attached to at least one end of the at least one first wire and - a fourth receiving portion arranged to receive a fourth connector attached to at least one end of the at least one second wire.
Each of the third receiving portion and the fourth receiving portion is arranged to move in the first direction, in the second direction, and in a third direction and in a fourth direction being opposite to the third direction. The third direction and the fourth direction are substantially parallel to each other and substantially perpendicular to the first direction and to the second direction. The third direction and the fourth direction are directions towards a position of the third receiving portion or towards a position of the fourth receiving portion wherein the third receiving portion and the fourth receiving portion are arranged to move a second distance in the first direction and in the second direction, wherein the second distance is greater than the first distance.
The interweaving machine is arranged to operate according to a predefined sequence of movements of the first-, second-, third- and fourth receiving portions in corresponding first-, second-, third- and fourth directions in order to produce the winding of the at least two preformed winding wires.
Because the winding can be produced by the machine, the winding can be produced effectively and during a shorter time period comparing to present methods for production windings where it is often done by hand. Further, because the winding can be produced automatically by the machine a human involvement can at least be reduced. Thereby, the above-mentioned object is achieved.Optionally, each of the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion is arranged to move in the third direction and in the fourth direction. Thereby the winding procedure can be yet facilitated because the winding wires can be angled in relation to each other also at the first movement control part.
Optionally, the interweaving machine comprises a control unit arranged to control the movement of the first-, second-, third- and fourth receiving portions in corresponding first-, second-, third- and fourth directions.
Optionally, the interweaving machine comprises a supporting unit arranged to support the at least two preformed winding wires during operation of the winding machine, wherein the first movement control part and the second movement control part are connected to the supporting unit.
Optionally, the supporting unit comprises a substantially horizontal flat disc arranged to support the at least two winding wires.
Optionally, the interweaving machine comprises a number of support members arranged at the supporting unit and arranged to move in relation to the supporting unit in the third direction and in the fourth direction to release the support of the at least tvvo winding wires and to achieve a support of the at least two winding wires respectively, wherein the number of the support members corresponds to the number of curvatures for each of the at two winding wires except for the outermost curved portions of each wire. Thus, the inten/veaving procedure can be facilitated by using the support members supporting the winding wires and releasing the support according to a predefined sequence of movements of the support members in order to achieve a desired winding.
Optionally, the interweaving machine comprises a winding preventing means arranged to prevent winding of the at least two winding wires at at least one of the number of curvatures of the wires during the predefined sequence of the movements, wherein the winding is prevented by separating the wires by an action of the winding preventing means at the at least one of the numbers of the curvatures. Thus, a desire winding can be achieved with desired number of windings between the winding wires. The support members can be used for preventing winding of the at least two winding wires.
According to a second aspect of the disclosure, the object is achieved by a method for producing a winding for a stator of an electric machine according to claim 8. Thus, the objectis achieved by a method for producing a winding for a stator of an electric machine by using a winding machine according to any of the embodiments described herein. The winding machine is arranged to interweave at least two preformed winding wires, wherein each wire of the at least two winding wires has a curved form with a number of curvatures and has an extension along a main extension direction. The at least two winding wires are intended to be winded by an engagement with each other at the curvatures wherein each wire comprises a pair of ends.
The method comprises: -positioning a first connector attached to at least one first end of at least one first wire of the at least two wires in the first receiving portion of the first movement control part of the winding machine, -positioning a second connector attached to at least one second end of at least one second wire of the at least two wires, in the second receiving portion of the first movement control part of the winding machine, -positioning a third connector attached to at least one end of the at least one first wire of the at least two wires, in the third receiving portion of the second movement control part of the winding machine, -positioning a fourth connector attached to at least one end of the at least one second wire of the at least two wires in the fourth receiving portion of the second movement control part of the winding machine, and performing a predefined sequence of movements of the first-, second-, third- and fourth receiving portions in corresponding first-, second-, third- and fourth directions in order to produce the winding.
Because the winding can be produced by the machine, the winding can be produced effectively and during a shorter time period comparing to present methods for production windings where it is often made by hand. Further, because the winding can be produced automatically, a human involvement can at least be reduced. Thereby, the above-mentioned object is achieved.
Optionally, the first connector and the third connector are attached to a number of first wires forming a first wire mat and the second connector and the fourth connector are attached to a number of second wires forming a second wire mat, wherein the method comprises winding the first mat and the second mat.
Optionally, the number of the first wires in the first wire mat is equal the number of the second wires in the second wire mat.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Various aspects of the invention, including its particular features and advantages, will be readily understood from the example embodiments discussed in the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 illustrates a principle view of an intenNeaving machine.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION Aspects of the present invention will now be described more fully. Like numbers refer to like elements throughout. Well-known functions or constructions will not necessarily be described in detail for brevity and/or clarity.
Fig. 1 illustrates an inten/veaving machine 1 arranged to interweave at least two preformed winding wires 3, 3'. The wires 3, 3' are adapted for a winding of a stator of an electric machine. Machine 1 can be used for winding of mats comprising a number of wires in each mat.
As illustrated in Fig. 1 each wire of the at least two winding wires 3, 3' has a curved form with a number of curvatures 5, 5'. Preferably, the wires have a sinus-like form preformed before using in the machine 1. Each wire 3, 3' has an extension along a main extension direction md. The at least two winding wires 3, 3' are intended to be winded, i.e. inter-winded by an engagement with each other at the curvatures 5, 5'.
Each wire 3, 3' comprises a pair of ends 7, 9, 7', 9'. The ends 7, 9, 7', 9' may be angled in relation to the main extension direction md, for example with a 90 degrees angle. The interweaving machine 1 comprises a first movement control part 11 comprising: - a first receiving portion 13 arranged to receive a first connector 15 attached to at least one first end 7 of at least one first wire 3 of the at least two wires and -a second receiving portion 17 arranged to receive a second connector 15' attached to at least one second end 7' of at least one second wire 3' of the at least two wires.
Each of the first receiving portion 13 and the second receiving portion 17 is arranged to move at least in a first direction d1 and in a second direction d2 being opposite to the first directiond1. The first direction d1 and the second direction d2 are substantially parallel to each other and in planes substantially parallel to a plane of the main extension direction md of the wires. The first receiving portion 13 and the second receiving portion 17 are arrange to move a first distance I1 in the first direction d1 and in said second direction d The interweaving machine 1 also comprises a second movement control part 19 comprising: - a third receiving portion 21 arranged to receive a third connector 23 attached to at least one end 9 of the at least one first wire 3 and - a fourth receiving portion 25 arranged to receive a fourth connector 23' attached to at least one end 9' of the at least one second wire 3'.
The first-, second-, third- and fourth connectors 15, 15', 23 and 23' are attached to the ends 7, 7', 9 and 9', for example, by clamping.
Each of the third receiving portion 21 and the fourth receiving portion 25 is arranged to move in the first direction d1, in the second direction d2 and in a third direction d3 and in a fourth direction d4 being opposite to the third direction d3, wherein the third direction d3 and the fourth direction d4 are substantially parallel to each other and substantially perpendicular to the first direction d1 and to the second direction d2. The third direction d3 and the fourth direction d4 are directions towards a position of the third receiving portion 21 or towards a position of the fourth receiving portion 25 wherein the third receiving portion 21 and the fourth receiving portion 25 are arranged to move a second distance I2 in the first direction d1 and in the second direction d2. The second distance I2 is greater than the first distance l1. Because the second distance d2 is greater than the first distance l1, there will be an angular displacement between the first wire 3 and the second wire 3'.
The interweaving machine 1 is arranged to operate according to a predefined sequence of movements of said first-, second-, third- and fourth receiving portions 13, 17, 21, 25 in corresponding first-, second-, third- and fourth directions d1, d2, d3, d4 in order to produce the winding of the at least two preformed winding wires 3, 3'.
An example of the predefined sequence is as follows: 1. 13 towards 13' and 21 towards 21' and simultaneously 17 towards 17' and 25 towards 25', at the same time a support member 31 pushes the wire 5' in the inten/veaving region while 5 stays down by gravity, 2. 21' towards 25 and 25' towards 21 ',3. 25 towards 25' and 21 towards 21' and simultaneously 17 towards 17' and 13 towards 13', at the same time a support member 31 in interweaving region pushes the wire 5 up while wire 5' stays down by gravity.
The supporting members 31 are described below.
The interweaving machine 1 comprises a control unit 27 arranged to control the movement of the first-, second-, third- and fourth receiving portions 13, 17, 21, 25 in corresponding first-, second-, third- and fourth directions d1, d2, d3, d4. The control unit 27 is connected to the first-, second-, third- and fourth receiving portions 13, 17, 21, 25 through conduits 2, 4 to control the movement of the first-, second-, third- and fourth receiving portions 13, 17, 21, 25. The first-, second-, third- and fourth receiving portions 13, 17, 21, 25 may be controlled hydraulically, i.e. by means of hydraulically operated actuators (not shown). As an alternative, the first-, second-, third- and fourth receiving portions 13, 17, 21, 25 may be controlled electrically.
According to some embodiments, each of the first receiving portion 13 and the second receiving portion 17 is arranged to move in the third direction d3 and in the fourth direction d As illustrated in Fig. 1, the intenNeaving machine 1 may comprise a supporting unit 29 arranged to support the at least two preformed winding wires 3, 3' during operation of the winding machine 1. The first movement control part 11 and the second movement control part 19 are connected to the supporting unit 27, for example by being screwed into the supporting unit According to the embodiments illustrated in Fig. 1, the supporting unit 27 comprises a substantially horizontal flat disc 29 arranged to support said at least two winding wires 3, 3'. The supporting unit 27 may be arranged as a table.
The interweaving machine 1 may comprising a winding preventing means arranged to prevent winding of the at least two winding wires 3, 3' at at least one of the number of curvatures 5, 5' of the wires 3, 3' during the predefined sequence of the movements. The winding preventing means is arranged such that the winding is prevented by separating the wires 3, 3' by an action of the winding preventing means at the at least one of the numbers of the curvatures 5, 5'. The winding preventing means may comprise an elongated member, forexample a metal sheet, arranged to be inserted between the first wire 3 and the second wire 3' at a location where no winding between the wires 3, 3' is desired.
As illustrated in Fig. 1, there is a number of support members 31 arranged at the supporting unit 27. Each of the supporting members 31 is arranged to move in relation to the supporting unit 27 in the third direction d3 and in the fourth direction d4 to release the support of the at least two winding wires 3, 3' and to achieve a support of the at least two winding wires 3, 3' respectively, wherein the number of the supporting members 31 corresponds to the number of curvatures 5, 5' for each of the at two winding wires 3, 3' except for the outermost curved portions of each wire 3, 3'. The supporting members 31 can be used for preventing winding between the winding wires 3, 3'.
Claims (10)
1. 2. Flätmaskin (1) enligt krav 1, varvid vart och ett av det första mottagningspartiet (13) och det andra mottagningspartiet (17) är anordnat för att röra sig i den tredje riktningen (d3) och i den fjärde riktningen (d4).
3. Flätmaskin (1 ) enligt krav 1 eller 2, innefattande en styrenhet (27) anordnad för att styra rörelsen av nämnda första, andra, tredje och fjärde mottagningspartier (13, 17, 21, 25) i motsvarande första, andra, tredje och fjärde riktningar (d1, d2, d3, d4).

Flätmaskin (1) enligt något av kraven 1 till 3, innefattande en stödenhet (29) anordnad för att stödja nämnda minst två förformade lindningstrådar (3, 3') under drift av lindningsmaskinen (1), varvid den första rörelsestyrningsdelen (11) och den andra rörelsestyrningsdelen (19) är anslutna till stödenheten (27).
5. Flätmaskin (1) enligt krav 4, varvid stödenheten (29) innefattar en väsentligen horisontell platt skiva (29) anordnad för att stödja nämnda minst två lindningstrådar (3, 3').
6. Flätmaskin (1) enligt krav 4 eller 5, innefattande ett antal stödelement (31) anordnade vid nämnda stödenhet (27) och anordnade för att röra sig i förhållande till stödenheten (27) i den tredje riktningen (d3) och i den fjärde riktningen (d4) för att frigöra stödet för nämnda minst två lindningstrådar (3, 3') respektive för att åstadkomma ett stöd för nämnda minst två lindningstrådar (3, 3'), varvid antalet stödelement (33) motsvarar antalet krökningar (5, 5') för var och en av nämnda minst två lindningstrådar (3, 3') med undantag för de yttersta krökta delarna av varje tråd (3, 3').
7. Flätmaskin (1) enligt något av kraven 1 till 6, omfattande ett lindningsförhindrande element, anordnat för att förhindra lindning av de minst två lindningstrådarna (3, 3') vid åtminstone en av antalet krökningar (5, 5') hos nämnda trådar (3, 3') under den fördefinierade sekvensen av rörelserna, varvid lindningen förhindras genom att separera trådarna (3, 3') genom en åtgärd av det lindningsförhindrande elementet (31) vid den åtminstone ena av antalet krökningar (5, 5').
8. Förfarande för framställning av en lindning för en stator hos en elektrisk maskin genom användning av en lindningsmaskin (1) enligt något av kraven 1 till 7, varvid lindningsmaskinen (1) är anordnad för att fläta samman minst två förformade lindningstrådar (3, 3'), varvid varje tråd av de minst två lindningstrådarna (3, 3') har en krökt form med ett antal krökningar (5, 5') och har en utsträckning längs en huvudutsträckningsriktning (md), varvid de minst två lindningstrådarna (3,3') är avsedda att lindas genom ett ingrepp med varandra vid nämnda krökningar (5, 5'), varvid varje tråd innefattar ett par ändar (7, 9, 7', 9'), varvid förfarandet innefattar: -placering av ett första anslutningsdon (15) fäst vid minst en ände (7) av minst en första tråd (3) av de minst två trådarna (3, 3') i det första mottagningspartiet (13) i lindningsmaskinens (1)första rörelsestyrningsdel (11), -placering av ett andra anslutningsdon (15') fäst vid minst en ände (7') av minst en andra tråd (3') av de minst två trådarna (3, 3') i det andra mottagningspartiet (17) i lindningsmaskinens (1)första rörelsestyrningsdel (11), -placering av ett tredje anslutningsdon (23) fäst vid minst en ände (9) av den minst ena första tråden (3) av de minst två trådarna (3, 3') i det tredje mottagningspartiet (21) i lindningsmaskinens (1) andra rörelsestyrningsdel (19), -placering av ett fjärde anslutningsdon (23') fäst vid minst en ände (9') av den minst ena andra tråden (3') av de minst två trådarna (3, 3') i det fjärde mottagningspartiet (25) i lindningsmaskinens (1) andra rörelsestyrningsdel (19), och utförande av en fördefinierad sekvens av rörelser av nämnda första, andra, tredje och fjärde mottagningspartier (13, 17, 21, 25) i motsvarande första, andra, tredje och fjärde riktningar (d1, d2, d3, d4) för att framställa lindningen.
9. Förfarande enligt krav 8, varvid det första anslutningsdonet (15) och det tredje anslutningsdonet (23) är fästa vid ett antal första trådar (3) som bildar en första trådmatta och det andra anslutningsdonet (15') och det fjärde anslutningsdonet (23') är fästa vid ett antal andra trådar (3') som bildar en andra trådmatta, varvid förfarandet innefattar att linda den första mattan och den andra mattan.
10. Förfarande enligt krav 9, varvid de första trådarnas (3) antal i den första trådmattan är lika med de andra trådarnas (3') antal i den andra trådmattan.
